  1. Ugh. Why do you want a truck that was stolen, has a different VIN, questionable mileage, and who knows what else? They more than likely drove it like they stole it because they stole it. I would keep looking.
  2. Why are you waiting to file a claim with your insurance company? The truck is a total loss. They will pay you what it was worth before it burned. That's how insurance works. Quit playing games and move on. GM ain't giving you a new truck.
  3. Take it to the dealer. Then let us know how little they know about supercruise.
  4. That is for sure a trip to the dealer. Hope they know what they're doing. This is exactly the reason I didn't want supercruise on my 23 High Country. Too new and unreliable . I'll drive it myself thank you.
  5. Gus hasn't been on here since June 2021. Probably got the motor replaced on the insurance company's dollar. Truck runs great now no need for this forum anymore. I hate threads like this that don't have an outcome.
  6. Don't your backup cam work?? Blind spot?
  7. I just traded my 22 LTD High Country 6.2 with 22,000 miles for a 23 High Country 6.2. They won't sell it as certified because I did my own oil changes and they have no record of it. I gave them my maintenance records ( oil changes only) and they didn't want it. The truck is still for sale a month later for 60g.
  8. It's on the list. I've never heard anything bad about Kirkland oil. https://www.gmdexos.com/brands/dexos1_3/index.html
  9. The Corsa setup is not hurting the mpgs at all. Took a run out in the country today. 55 mph hiways two lane blacktop. Had to slow down and stop through 5 smaller towns. Otherwise I was going 50- 55 mph mostly. There was a 20mph headwind the whole way. Here's my stats for 120 miles...
  10. After a few days with the Corsa, I have to say, it is perfect. I had a Borla Touring on my 22 LTD High Country 6.2 and it had a deeper tone sometimes when in L9 at around 1000 rpm( 50mph) , I never cared for the tone. Above 2000 rpm and it had a deep roar that sounds good. The corsa has more of a bark though. It's a little louder. Especially the cold starts. Sounds badass. But it tames down. Sound similar to a C7 Vette all the way through the rpms. At cruise you can barely hear it in cab. IMO after having both, Corsa #1 Borla #2
  11. I don't care about the neighbors. They have loud schitt too.
  12. Got the Corsa installed. Sounds killer. Sounds similar to a buddy of mines C7 Vette. It is louder than I thought it would be but I like it. Cold start is off the charts killer. Sounds so much better than my 22 with the Borla Touring setup.
  13. I also just ordered a Corsa catback for my 23 High Country 6.2. I've run several Borla setups on previous trucks so I thought I'd try the Corsa. I can't wait either.
  14. I ordered the Corsa. Found one $170 less than everyone else. I just googled Corsa 21200 and there was bunch of them. Should be here later this week.
  15. TNT... I remembered you had a Corsa on your HC. Was it it a 6.2?
  16. I just traded my 22 LTD High Country 6.2 on a 23 High Country 6.2. I want to do a catback but not sure if I want another Borla. The 22 I had a Borla Touring catback with the stock tips. Sounded pretty good . But it did drone a little bit. I suspect the missing flapper causes this. Does the GM performance setup (Borla Touring) have a flapper? How about the Corsa? Does the Corsa sound not as deep as the Borla? More crackely? Any drone? I am leaning toward the Corsa at this point. I know exhaust sound is subjective but I need some solid info. Either way it will be a quad tip setup. The HDMI tips are not my favorite.
  17. I heard there is a midnight edition coming on the 24 High Country 1500
  18. I also have a Porter Cable 7424xp dual action buffer. Run it with 5.5" Lake Country flat pads. For light swirls I've used Blackfire One Step with great success. I gave up on Meguiars and Mothers products. They don't work as good as other high end products like Blackfire, Griots and 3D to name a few. On my new black High Country I'm going to use Griots Correcting Cream with blue Lake country pads. I'm still debating whether to coat with Blackfire ceramic coating or just wax it with some Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory Caranuba Paste Wax. These products and a lot more are available at autogeek.net
  19. I just bought a new black High Country . It was fresh off the transport truck. I ran my hand across the bottom half of the doors and it was covered in rail dust . I told them not to wash it and they didn't. I went right to the you spray it carwash with a bottle of iron remover and got rid of 90% of it. I then took a clay bar to it to get rid of the rest. Bottom line if they would have washed it , it would be covered with scratches.
  20. If it was me I'd be trading it for a new truck. I'm not waiting for parts while making payments and having nothing to drive.
