  1. What's the weight of your trailer ready to camp? It looks like you are too heavy on the tongue compared to the weight of the trailer. Is all your cargo up in front? Go to a CAT scale at a truck stop and weigh it
  2. They work great if setup right. I have one for my 25ft 6500 lb travel trailer. It's a must IMO.
  3. https://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-parts/towing/equipment/hitches/towing-weight-distribution-systems.htm
  4. F the airbags. Get a weight distributing hitch.
  5. Along with dashcams (front and rear with parking mode) in both trucks, the security camera also helps cover my ass. Lot of hit and runs here thanks to idiots and the two nearby bars.
  6. I'm blocking my Wife's truck too
  7. Only at the places I own. I park out at the farthest spot everywhere else
  8. Before and after. I like after better but they were they a ****** to install. Took me around 3 hours total. I struggled with getting the puddle lights in place before snapping them in place. BTW the cones are door ding guards. Keeps the dumbos away a few feet
  9. Put it in tow haul and roll it. I ran 38s with 10.5" lift on my 18 5.3 6 spd 3.42. Superchips tuner and Borla catback helped a little too. If that had enough balls to roll out, and it did you just had to give it more gas, your truck will be fine. Run it.
  10. I picked up the caps today. Looks like a major pain in the ass to install though. Anyone done this?
  11. This topic is a non factor for 99% of us. Why does it get the shitt beat out of it?
  12. Grrrrr. Talk about frustration. I had a feeling this would happen. This is exactly the reason I made sure my 22 LTD LTZ and 22 High Country had all the chips when I bought them in February. Bonus was my 6.2 HC is missing the autostop. I bet they won't be able to fulfill all the missing chips until a year from now.
  13. Try this... https://www.bigotires.com/wheel-visualizer
  14. I'd be happy to sell these to you for $75 I'll pay shipping. These are mint, 5500 miles, 2022 LTD, mosaic black and have xpel on them. The chrome caps should be here any day
  15. Her favorite color is Chrome. Remember that one? Not color match. Or black. My truck is actually Mosaic black so it should look pretty jazzy
  16. With my rewards points it cost me $12.56. No brainer.
  17. First off I'm an anti black everything out guy. I like chrome. I'm also going to be 60 in a month so I'm old school. I'm thinking about swapping out the black color matched mirror caps to chrome. Not that I don't like the black, but I like chrome more. What's the consensus on here, black or chrome?
  18. They aren't going to fix it under warranty since you are past the 36000 miles bumper to bumper. Buy a new cover on ebay for around 30 bucks and fix it yourself.
  19. I let the 303 soak in overnight. Then i give it another shot and wipe it off with a 303 soaked towel.
  20. Extemely hard water. That looks like water spots from a sprinkler. Nasty stuff to get rid of. I gave Grumpy Bear a bottle of this stuff and he accidentally found that it works great on black plastic trim. I've been using 303 with good results too.
  21. Tooling around town toay in my 22 LTD High Country 6.2 with Borla Touring catback I got caught up in a traffic jam with a little fast and furious group today. I'm so pissed I didn't get pics. Anyways there were 6 or 7 of them. Right out the movie. Big wings, weird paint jobs, decals everywhere . Road construction, 3 lanes were reduced to 1 for a 1/2 mile. 2 of the cars were in front of me. The rest were behind me. Bunch of Jackasses redlining there turbo setups with fart cans. As soon as the cones ended it was 4 lanes wide. The first two took off and it was game on. I could never catch them. The rest were in my rearview instantly. They never caught me when I let off at 95 mph. BTW 0 to 95 was pretty swift. The 6.2 ten speed 3.23 combo, with no speed limiter, the right tires and driveshaft that won't explode. I think these trucks could easily top out around 150+ mph. You could tell there was a lot left. The last 10 -15 mph might take a while because of its brick like front end though. Anyways it was fun showing these youngsters that the Bowtie don't Fukk around.
  22. Do the math. 4" plus 1" for the tires. That would add approximately 5" total. Measure your truck and add 5"
  23. They can't get valve train parts from supplier.
