  1. Just for the hell of it I would try slicing in a 50w 6 ohm load resistor. This is what you do for trucks that come with incandescent taillights rather than LED. LED take way less power to light. So you need to trick the computer into thinking the led taillights are taking just as much power. Sounds like your computer is misreading the power running through the light. You can buy a 2 pack on Amazon for $20 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Finally found time to wrap the bumpers. Took the front and rear bumpers off and fully disassembled them to make the wrapping easier on me as I have zero experience. Lots of work but overall I am satisfied. Wrap did lighten up a bit when stretched. But colour is close enough for me. At first I thought for sure I was going to paint the parking sensors, but after I wrapped the bumpers and installed the sensors I liked the silver. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I installed this a couple weeks ago. Here are my results. I feel they’re better than what the website shows. My OEM camera had a lot of scratching. The field of view is slightly better with the new camera which I like a lot. Also the low light picture is great. Before After Before After Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yep stock. Only got it in fall last year so barely driven it. And ya plan is bumpers and maybe grille border. And then get the chrome denali piece that surrounds the tow hooks. I think it will be the right amount of chrome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I am Interested in purchasing. I’ve sent you a message. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Yes they are. Output is exceptional. Way better than any LED bulb I tried in the truck. Projectors are top notch in these too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks mister. That there is a 2020 Camaro ZL1 6spd in its natural habitat here in a Canadian winter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Sure thing! Here you guys go! I’ve got the whole chrome accent thing going on but in my opinion the bumpers is just too much so I wanted to take some chrome away. Like a denali I guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I can relate to the groan that you are talking about. And slight vibration in the floor that I can feel a buzz on my feet. My truck has done the groan since new, but I think the slight vibration came after my 6” BDS. Curious to see how you make out if you could keep me posted that would be awesome. 2014 SLT 5.3 4x4 CCSB Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Love the colour of my truck. All I’m trying to accomplish is colour match the bumpers with vinyl. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. So I went ahead and ordered 8 samples of every burgundy metallic wrap I could find on the market and there’s only one that can pass for close. Here’s a comparison picture between all candidate colours. Yes some are out to lunch, some advertised colours did not match real product. Clear winner is 4th sample from left. ORACAL Series 970RA High Gloss Red Brown Metallic Vinyl Wrap Film W/Rapid Air | 970RA-369. Here is a picture with strong direct sunlight. As you can see doesn’t quite get as red, stays a little more orange. Here is a picture in lower light conditions. Camera seemed to pick up a bigger difference than my eye. Lower light the vinyl doesn’t get quite as dark as paint. Overall I’m very happy with the colour. It is more than close enough for me to pull the trigger. I have placed an order and plan on wrapping bumpers and grill soon. Stay tuned. Hope this helps the Sonoma red guys and gals out there that were wondering. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I was wondering if anyone has found a vinyl wrap that matches factory paint for GMC’s Sonoma Jewel Metallic or Chevys Deep Ruby Metallic? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. My 2014 5.3 does this too but longer yet. Interested to hear what it is Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As I can see moisture making quick work of it. Had wrangly gorilla tape on there before Paint scratched and pop outs Picture of super glued seam Didn’t take pictures of rear but very simple. Just thought I’d share. Might be a post on here already but I haven’t seen Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
