    I would like to know this also. I plan on going to another dealership, but it would be nice to direct them to a fix.

    Ya im not really sure what to do when they refuse to fix it cause its software.

    I have this same exact issue and they are telling me its a software issue and there is no update yet.

    I’m on my second Range device on a 20 5.3 and a few times a week the auto start stop will happen with the device plugged in. Not sure why. I unplug the unit and plug it back in, it doesn’t do it again for a day or so then it happens again. Really strange since this has happened with 2 devices.

    I like the look as well. I just had a hard time justifying it. If it was around $50 it would be a no brainer for me.

    I looked into this, but I defiantly don't think it's worth $155.
