    Yes, a leveling kit is necessary to keep the front end from sagging make sure you get the appropriate plow for your application. Depending on the brand will depend on the model, but you want a lightweight 7 and a half foot plow.

    I am planning on the Falkens for my truck as well. I've heard nothing but good stuff about them.

    I don't like the looks of boards either, but being on the short side doesn't help at all, so I went with AMP Power steps. Best of both worlds.

    I have the space to store, and the tools to change them so that's not a problem at all for me. I run studded snow tires on all of my vehicles except for my plow truck, where I put chains on all 4 tires and leave it like that all winter.

    I cannot use them in the winter, I have no traction. With my property (steep gravel driveway with turns in it) they are worthless. When I have to drive on the grass around my property I lose traction very easily. The thing is that the tires aren't worn out, they about 50% left. I am just trying to deal with it while I decide what I will do next. Either get new tires (Falken Wildpeak AT3W) or a whole new set of wheels and tires. I just dont want drop money on tires and then decide to change to different wheels.

    I personally run (2) sets of wheels and tires on my truck. I have the factory 20's with Cooper Discoverer AT3s in the summer which are 1/2 worn (and I hate them) and I also have a set of factory 18's with Firestone Winterforce Studded tires. I have a very steep driveway that is dangerous in the winter and it warrants the studded tires for me. But if makes a world of difference being able to make it up my driveway in the winter vs the coopers which give me issues (even with the 4wd on).

    Would you mind posting pictures? When I drilled out my rivets I only had 2 holes (and they are in the black section above the chrome "skid plate" and are completely hidden unless you are looking for them.

    personally would say to go for it. My truck is Blue Topaz Metallic with Chrome everything (from the factory) and it stands out from the next truck and I love the way it looks.

    I also installed the Pop & Lock in my truck. The install took about 20-30 minutes from start to finish and works flawlessly.

    I did the same as @fix29 and just drilled out the (2) rivets and then pulled the license plate bracket off of my 2014. All that's left are (2) small holes that are not noticeable.

    Yes, These are the Plug and Play ones, and I also have the Pass through cable installed so the OBD2 port is available and it looks OEM.

    Washed the truck since its been the 1st nice day since in the last week. Its either been snowing or raining out. I wanted to test out my foam cannon some more to get it dialed in better, and then I could get some better pics of the install of the Amp Research steps.

    Got a foam cannon for the new power washer so I figured I would give it a try. Still have to play with the Soap to water ratio, but It worked well. Some after shots of the truck... Boy is it a fine looking rig. Too bad there wasn't any sun, it would look better.

    I got a new electric pressure washer so I figured I would wash the truck. Now it's time to replace the regular length gun with a stubby gun, and get a foam cannon to add to the excitement of the hand washing experience.
