Im not sure, when I was looking at the mirror options, my local pats guy showed me cost on a couple of options. Even my new (non power folding) mirrors have a code to update BCM to enable features and calibrate. the other required the mirrors, new harnesses plus the door panel actuator. The update code was likely just to calibrate the mirror speed and he gathered there would be more programming needed so I said screw it. Its a super nice feature but it wasnt worth paying that much more without some better guarantee it would work as it should. I had the basic TRQ mirrors with no puddle, spot, cameras etc so that may have some factor in it.
