  1. Having a shared file for your truck would not be a good idea. You really need to get a tune done at a shop to make sure your good to go.
  2. A word of warning for whatever it's worth. I have stainless works and have been a faithful SW parts guy for a while. But having recently found that they outsource to china for some of the manufacturing and seeing how my fitments have either gotten worse or head scratching at best. Leaves me to think getting another set of headers and mid's for my truck already as it's procharged. I would heavily weigh your need for a true 3 inch dual setup. I made close to the same between stock and headers even compensating for the PSI loss that the headers would give. Grab a set of Kooks and Mid's. IMO
  3. Let me get a cold start video and driving video for ya.
  4. I have the Corsa with stainless works and catless on 10 lbs of boost. It's godly loud. But corsa did well with the muffler design and placement. So still no drone.
  5. Every T1XX truck needs to have the E90 ECM exchange before you can tune them. Procharger will ask with the RTD file to get that from you using the ECM replace function on HP Tuners. Once they get the file they modify it and send it back. The only thing you will need to do is get the key relearn done. It takes about a day to get the tune back. As far as the truck goes. It works well. No issues. FYI if you have a 10 speed on a T93 computers. Sadly they cannot be tuned. If you have an older truck with a T87A tcm you got lucky.
  6. Fwiw I've had mine procharged since mile 50 on the truck. It was 8525 shipped and came with its own tune. Installed in a weekend and ended up making a little over 450 wheel at 7.9 lbs on a 5.3. 10 speed too. P1SC kit.
  7. That sure is the theory is to see if they will do it. As most header design gets better so do the abilities to defeat the CEL. Most new style Defoulers come with flow inserts to thwart that issue. Not the right way, but a way none the less. most the green systems are pretty good about it.
  8. This whole needing to tune on headers isn't completely accurate. I ran my full stainless works setup with defoulers and worked fine. BUT. A tune will greatly aid and while 1400 for unlocked ecm plus headers seems a little steep you gotta pay to play. Now while I run my procharged setup on my 2020 5.3. I am waiting on seeing if someone makes a 2 inch primary setup for when the LT1 416ci goes in when i have the P1 swapped to my F1 blower. She's gonna need it. But for all intensive purposes. There are far more people running headers with no tune and no cell than most really know about.
  9. Very nice got another Supercharged in the forum now!!
