So my key fob started having issues, it usually wouldn’t work so I changed the battery and it preformed the same. Every time I unlock it with they key the alarm sounds until I start the vehicle, which is absolutely terrible. Now it’s cold ( in the minus) and the fob and remote start work great but only after I set the alarm off and start it in the morning?

I would like to know what worked for fixing your truck as my truck is having the same issue, its a 2016 silverado 1500. my fob almost never works now but sometimes its works perfectly, there is a new battery and i just had the receiver checked by a locksmith and its fine. I had a leak as well.
