Looks like a pretty easy install: The Pulsar LTinstalls in minutes without tools and requires no PCM modification or alteration. It is a simpleplug and play installation using factory connectors.

I have the exact same problem in my 2021 Sierra.

I put a BAK MX4 on my 2021 AT4, non Carbon, with multi pro gate. It’s great, huge plus is the tailgate seal as you can close the gate or the tonneau in any order.

What do you keep in your rear seat storage? Luckily these Amazon ratchet straps fit perfectly.
