    Have you had any issues with your 2.7? I’ve only heard of a few with that kind of mileage so far. OP, I haven’t read anywhere that carbon buildup is an issue. Just make sure to use top tier fuel. They claim that it’s better than non top tier. I’m not sure about that considering my FIL has delivered fuel for years and said it’s all exactly the same.

    I haven’t heard of any with that kind of mileage yet. I’ve heard of several with over 100k miles with no problems. Looking forward to others chiming in.

    I just installed a Gator EFX hard trifold cover and am very happy with it. It does leak though, so be aware.

    Damn man, sorry to hear about the engine failure. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer. What kind of warranty will the replacement come with?

    I don't think any of them will keep water out. I just installed a Gator EFX hard trifold on my truck and that thing leaks like crazy.

    I say go for it. That thing will be so easy to park. My CC std bed is a PITA to park haha but I haul the kids around every so often (usually we're in the wife's van though).

    Installed a Gator EFX hard trifold cover on Friday. For some reason I can’t upload photos on this site. It keeps telling me I’m exceeding the max 4.88 MB when the photo is actually 3.3 MB

    Wow man, I’m really sorry to hear this. That is damn frustrating. Ever since the last update, I’ve been having weird issues with my radio as well.

    Not in the market since I’m hitting 1 year with my 2025 Turbomax next month. If I was in the market I’d get another Turbomax. It’s everything I need and performs well. I currently have 14,110 trouble free miles on my truck.

    It’s definitely time to swap the fluid. Let us know how it goes.

    I may go against the grain here but I would change the fluid since it does degrade over time. I know a lot of ppl would say not to change it or flush it since you’ve never changed it but I really think this may fix your problem.

    13,481 trouble free miles on my Silverado. Absolutely love the truck and very impressed with the fuel economy.

    Sorry to read this. Really terrible news but luckily you have warranty. Hopefully the new engine won’t have the same issue.

    I totally agree. I've never owned a vehicle that heats up so quickly. Definitely very happy about that since it's been freezing outside.
