  1. Its kind of a bummer, the GMC lights are a nice upgraded touch, I have not seen and after market one either. I would love to be wrong here.
  2. Funny enough, watch the videos, I broke one of the bottom mirrors trying brute force, it cost me and extra $30 for not paying attention.
  3. Concur, they are, I did the same thing just went from chrome to color match. the install and replacement is not hard at all, just me a second person to help handle them.
  4. He is correct, they replace the existing cover. you will need to partially take your mirror apart to install. they replace the top and outer trim piece. I did mine a while back, they look great.
  5. I did this on my 2021 LT, the only issue you have to watch out for, if you buy the parts yourself ( as I did ) is ensure you have the correct camera. I believe there was a revision due to leaking in the module. I was able to do it all my self for around $500-600.
  6. I believe I saw a thread where they purchased a fin, mounted the same camera in it and routed a cable to the mirror, they just unplugged it at the source. the connectors were generic. I am sure the routing was fun.
  7. If you pop out the port and plate take picture of cable/connection port so we can compare, I have an extra USB with SD port, we can compare.
  8. As Newdude points out there are other options for the head units. There is a horizontal version of other MFG that let you keep more of your physical controls. Both the above and below are good options. both have their pros and cons: 2019-2025 Silverado/Sierra 13.1 inch screen upgrade – Z Innovations
  9. After tha bove upgrade you need to add the after market camera upagrade another $2K
  10. Unfortunately, it cannot, need to have an IOR or greater radio setup: 19-22 Silverado Sierra IOR to IOU GPS Navigation Upgrade
  11. Looks Good, Nice Job, do the blinkers transition correctly.
  12. Are you referring to the upfitters setup, if so see below:
  13. Shane I used the below: Diffusor: Duco Plastic Sheet https://a.co/d/a52zMWH Dack Plate: Thick Flexible Lightweight https://a.co/d/864ESCv The only recommendation is if I was to do it again I would select a diffusor that let a little more lite thru as I live in a bright area and on bright days sometimes it is hard to tell if it is on or not. As soon as the dusk comes in is very apparent. With the new and cheaper LED light strips, it might be an option, but I would want to insure to find something with more lumens as I would not be replacing my diffusor.
  14. Does this allow your vehicle cameras to monitor the surroundings when it is parked and turn off?
  15. thank you, yes on Donlife, they put out good information.
  16. The ODBCII is a pass thru but the ODBC is needed for this device as it monitors your vehicles status, park mode, driving mode, low battery etc, but I get the point.
  17. What was the all in price? Were you able to find a deal.
  18. You might want to go with a units that attaches to the ODBC port. I did go with thinkware units, it has a lot of functionality when the vehicle is parked and monitors the battery voltage and lane drifting. Anyway the ODBC direction might be a better way.
  19. Looks Good, what bracketing did you use for the lights?
  20. Looks good, what bracketing did you use for the lights?
  21. Don't take it to heart, some of us bought our trucks when Covid was out and all there were only low end LT's. Not a lot of options then. I have the 8 in IOR and for the most part, there is not much I can do about it without spending $1,400+ to upgrade the system. Hope you have a better day
  22. There is company, that provides the hardware, but it has become really expensive: 19-22 Silverado Sierra IOR to IOU GPS Navigation Upgrade $1700-$1900 I do not think it is worth it, I was seriously considering it when it was in the $1k range but for today I would pass and wait until the next gen come out and the pricing drop as they always do. good luck.
  23. I run the low profile version as well, it just looks better but basically if just protects the leading edge, I do wish they had small adders that went all the way to the end of the pannel.
  24. have not seen a kit but see the below link, someone has done it. mid way down the page.
  25. I have the same problem, I was thinking of my next project was to add a OEM power sliding window for a 2025 project. I guess when I get around to doing this, I will have to add home link version.
