Hello, Just wondering if you ever had the problem with your radio and cluster after the dealer replaced the alternator? I've had my dealership replace all the grounds, radio module, intellilink module and screen and I still have a problem when the weather is cold. Radio clock and tune flash on the screen and there is no sound or controls at all until the clock and tune stop flashing. I saw your post and was going to ask my dealer to check the alternator on my truck, but before I did I wanted to ask if that fixed your problem.
