  1. there is one on each side of the engine block. they are not under the manifold as they were in the older engines. Cheap and easy to replace, just do not over torque them.
  2. I only buy aftermarket off Amazon. They have always lasted me the life of the tire. The cost is about $45 CAD a set as opposed to $45+ CAD each for genuine parts. Even the aftermarket Autel multisensors here are $38CAD and need to be programmed before use. Even if one goes out I just pull into the shop and get that one changed out for $15. With needing two sets of tires (winter an summer) aftermarket was the way to go for me as the sensors out last my tires and i just put a new set in when i replace my tires.
  3. I don't think that is why. I drive a 2010 silverado and consider it just broken in at 130K kms. When we retire like i did 11 years ago, we seem to drive a lot less. More then half the miles on my truck were put on commuting before i retired. Now i just don't drive as much and we have shrunk to one vehicle.
  4. I always just replace the lenses and keep my old frames, Cannot beat $30 for new lenses and service in under an hour direct from the guys that supply some of our local shops.
  5. Colour is the Canadian and British spelling.
  6. I had this problem early on with my 2010 rear doors. I removed the rectangular plugs and they are still out. I clean the holes regularly, especially after having my truck resprayed with rust treatment. no problems since.
  7. I would assume that the red and black go to the left and right brake lights (one each side) and the yellow is the brake power out for the light.
  8. If you do not have a factory trailer brake controller, there is a CMHSL wire taped up under the dash. I believe the wire is orange on these trucks and it should be marked. It is in the aftermarket trailer brake controller bundle. Look it up in gmupfitter.com. It is up by the steering column.
  9. In Canada's case we should then send back all the Roxam Rd. asylum seekers (many thousands in the last few years) under the safe third country agreement we have with the US just as the US deports many of those who have come through your southern border. No matter what happens we all lose anyway.
  10. A woman wrote to tech support, and their reply is a stroke of genius. This young woman is simply looking for an answer to two questions: How do you maintain a relationship? How do you bring back the excitement of the first date. She wrote a letter to tech support to find her answers. She sent the letter as a joke and only remembered the letter when she suddenly received an email response. Dear Tech Support, Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slowdown in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0 In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as: Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as: NBA 5.0, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1 Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and House cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail. What can I do? Signed, Desperate Dear Desperate, First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system. Please enter command: I thought you loved me.html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5. However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1. Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta. Whatever you do, DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.) In addition, please, do not attempt to re-install the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0. In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend: Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7. Good Luck!
  11. IS it possible the tranny is still learning your driving habits after the recall? If so it should fix itself with the more miles you put on.
  12. You must be in BC, their family law reform act is really bad. I am in Ontario and ours is almost as bad but a good will is important and so is the lawyer that writes it. Having been the executor and trustee and Power of Attorney over many peoples affairs over the years gas taught me a lot. More important than the spouse's or family member's will is their power of attorney. two required in Ontario, one for personal care and one for all other matters (financial and legal). Without these properly in place, the province can step in and charge huge fees to manage guardianship. The fees can be as high as 10% of assets and 30% of income.
  13. I Agree Marty. 14 years on my truck and only seen the dealer twice. 1) Rear emblem on the tailgate peeling - replaced under warranty 2) Airbag recall for the passenger airbag (and they cracked the dash skin doing it.)
  14. Cash only, I only buy new since the 60s, save your buttons and keep them as long as they are reliable and maintenance costs are reasonable. Usually averaged 10 years on all my vehicles, but since i retired, they will be longer. I consider my current (14 years old) just broken in and will keep it a while yet. I also prefer bare bones vehicles that suit my needs only, ergo, no 4WD, no extra electronics, no lift. it is just to get me from A to B and tow my trailers occasionally.
