  1. Does anyone else have the same cowl end caps? Look closely at the photos to see the unique design with bend in them. Trying to determine if their part of the Midnight Edition package. Seen other Trail Boss's that had the standard end caps most all other 2019-2020 Silverado and Sierra's have. Not even sure what GM model these might also be on.

  3. I understand this topic has been around for some time, but I recently purchased a 2019 Silverado LD (same body style as the 2014-2018 models). When I look for aftermarket mods/information, I have been referencing the 2018 model year. In particular, my Silverado is a 2019 LD LT Z71, Double Cab, Midnight Edition w/ the All Star package (a lot to digest there!). The mods I have done in no particular order of completion are: 2" Zone Leveling Kit Rough Country rubber bed mat Driver & passenger window tint (35%) Upgraded to LED bulbs in cargo, reverse and license plate lights Replaced stock antenna w/ 3" stubby Added 4 Bully hooks to bed sidewalls Tinted license plate covers (not too dark as you WILL be pulled over) GM tri-fold tonneau cover (manufactured by Advantage Truck Accessories for GM (GM Part #19367127). Appears to be very similar to the Extang Trifecta 2.0. BackRack #15024 w/ tonneau kit part #50120 (fits perfectly w/ that tonneau cover, but you won't find it listed on BackRack's site) Rear seat GM floor liner Front seat GM all weather floor mats Amooca no-drill mud flaps N-Fab cab length side step bars textured black Apeman mini dash cam Range Technology AFM disabler K&N 33-2129 Performance Air Filter (AIRAID Modular Intake Tube to follow...) and the best for last, stainless steel, Magnaflow MF Series Black cat-back - dual split rear exit exhaust, 4" black coated tips (these pipes were made for the 5.3 - such a perfect growl!!) Future mods would include 33" Nitto Ridge Grapplers or DuraTracs & a little more lift.
  4. I purchased my 2015 Silverado LTZ Z71 on 8 December 2015, and was totaled, in a head-on collision, on 01 July 2018. Taken December 2015: Taken March 2018: Taken on 01 July 2018, after the accident: On Saturday, 15 September 2018, I purchased my new truck, 2018 Silverado LTZ Z71 Midnight Edition. Yes, from the same dealership as my 2015. Taken on 16 September:
  5. Hello, does anyone have any info on which package truck I have? I know there is a Custom Sport edition but I think that is only for crew cabs it also is a different shade of white than what I have. There also is a Midnight edition for the all balck Silverados... I am just curious as to what my package is called because where I am located I havent seen a truck like mine since I have owned it the past 6 months or so. Thank you in advance!
  6. Traded in my 2014 LT Silverado for this 2016 Midnight Edition. Loving it so far. So far I have Added Amp Research Power Steps A Bedrug Mat in the back. I blacked out my steering wheel logo As soon as my Tint guy is healed from his motorcycle wreck, I will be tinting the windows to 5%
  7. From the album: 2017 Silverado 1500 Midnight Edition Z71 LTZ Black / Black

    2017 Silverado 1500 6.2 LTZ Z71 Midnight Edition * Roll-N-Lock Bed Cover * Custom 10" Sub Box w/Storage * Nitto G2's 305/50/20's * GM Performance 3.5" Exhaust (made by Corsa) * To Be Continued...
  8. Digital Assist Steering A new feature in 2016 is Digital Steering Assist. The idea is Silverado can and will automatically adjust for road crown while towing or empty. The feature is available on double cab and crew cab models but will not be available on WT or regular cab. Midnight Edition The Midnight Edition jumps up to LT trimmed HD pickups in 2016, although not many details have been released yet. Only these photos, taken at the State Fair of Texas gives us a hint of what's on tap. Chevy will also offer Silverado Custom for WT models, Custom Sport on LT and LTZ models and a Z71 Off Road package on 4WD LT and LTZ trim. Updated MyLink Silverado HD will receive the same MyLink upgrades that Silverado 1500 will get this model year including Apply CarPlay available this fall and Android Auto next spring. New J2807 Towing Standards Chevrolet is also releasing updated towing numbers for the 2016 HD that conform with new towing standards. Maximum 2500HD conventional trailering rating of 14,500 pounds (6,577 kg) Maximum 2500HD fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailering rating of 18,000 pounds (8,165 kg) Maximum 3500HD single-rear-wheel conventional trailering rating of 15,000 pounds (6,804 kg) Maximum 3500HD single-rear-wheel fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailering rating of 17,500 pounds (7,938 kg) Maximum 3500HD dual-rear-wheel conventional trailering rating of 20,000 pounds (9,072 kg) Maximum 3500HD dual-rear-wheel fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailering rating of 23,200 pounds (10,523 kg)
  9. 2016 Chevy Colorado Midnight Edition First up is the bad to the bone Colorado Midnight Edition. The blacked-out including the bow tie Midnight edition offers an urban tuner theme. The Midnight Edition Colorado will be built on the LT trim platform, and yes, it will be available with the torque new 2.8 Duramax Diesel. Everything on this truck is black. The 18 inch wheels, spray-on bedliner and the tonneau cover. Black Black Black. 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 Trail Boss The Colorado Z71 is already a tough off-road capable truck. For 2016 Chevy's Z71 Trail Boss edition adds Goodyear Wrangler DuraTec 265/65R17 all-terrain tires, bold fender flares and tubular assist steps. There is also an LED light bar, spray-on bedliner, and all-weather floor mats. The Colorado Z71 Trail Boss will be available on Z71 models with extended and crew cab bodies. Interestingly 2WD will also be available in addition to the obvious 4WD drivetrains. Yes, you can get the 2.8 Duramax. Oh, and Chevy loved the blacked out bowtie so much on the Midnight the Trail Boss gets those too. Chevy says that both the 2016 Colorado Midnight Edition and Z71 Trail Boss will be available this fall. Which would you prefer?
