Here in our neck of the woods in New England we have had 95 inches of snow in the past five weeks. That is nothing compared to what New Hampshire's Mount Washington can get. Hiding up there is a snow machine called the SnowCoach that is so cool we just had to share this story from BestRide.com by Craig Fitzgerald.

This crazy, but apparently street legal, machine starts as a Chevy 1-ton van. From the factory, it goes directly to Quigley Motor Company, in PA to be heavily modified. The running gear is all Chevy 4x4. That is except for the tracks that come from American Track Truck. As Fitzgerald points out in his story, the tracks use snowmobile parts that are easy to source for repairs and maintenance. The entire vehicle is impressive, but the inspection sticker and valid NH license plate (Live Free or Die) may be the coolest part.
