  1. Pa Lemon Law: Under the law, the manufacturer must, at no cost to the purchaser, repair or correct any defect which substantially impairs the use, value or safety of the vehicle and which occurs within one year after delivery, or 12,000 miles of use, or the term of the manufacturers express warranty, whichever comes first. If the defect cannot be repaired after 3 attempts, or if the vehicle is out of service for a total of 30 calendar days for repair, generally, you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle or the refund of the purchase price, less a limited allowance for use. Lemon Law is not just for saftey related issues. Friend of mine, got full refund for a leaky sliding rear window. There are also cash settlements and you keep vehicle.
  2. If you contact a lemon law attorney. You may be able to get all your money back, even for upgrades. I plan on using lemon law also, the FM radio reception is a huge disappointment.
  3. Good idea
  4. FM radio reception needs to be fixed. Its not like we can just swap out stereo. This should not happen in a 2014 vehicle. Absoutly the worst FM reception I have ever had. Can even use the HD radio, have to keep turning off the HD.
  5. She usually monitors the forums.
  6. In Pennsylvania, 3 trips back to dealer, then the lemon law.
  7. $36.00 , wow. Great deal
  8. Possible. Hopefully, GM will come up with a fix.
  9. I will keep taking this truck back to dealer for the FM radio reception issue. This is an issue that should not happen with today's technology.
  10. 2014 Chevy Silverado DC, Z71: Worst FM reception of any car/truck I have ever owned. Took it back to dealer and they checked other new Silverado's with mine and they were all the same. Service Tech agreed that the FM reception is not very good. He said he has seen GM come out with a TSB before on radio reception and documented my issue so I would be contacted if GM has a fix for this issue at a later date.
