  1. Which wire? Would this work with the Silverado? Looks like a mean transformer without the yellow light. [emoji106]
  2. loaded the truck with a pallet of rock and tools.
  3. Plasti dip should break where 2 pieces meet, so put your tape like 1/2" on the piece that's not being dipped and dip it. When you remove the tape it will break on the piece that you wanted dipped.
  4. Really easy, the way I did it to make it super easy was take off the spare and you'll see the wires going into the tail lights. Just tap into the lighter green for power and black for ground.
  5. and I got a scale model of the truck and slowly tweaking it to look like mine.
  6. added led pods for reverse. Super bright.
  7. The handle has 1 tab that goes into the frame. Then it has 2 holes for 2 bolts that go into 2 nuts that are welded to the frame already. If done correctly then there shouldn't be any play.
  8. Can yall give me the part number for the trim piece that surrounds the 8" screen? I can't find it on Google.
  9. Lol is held on by very think velcro strips. The only way to make it look factory is by removing the stock stereo and I'm not doing that just yet. Maybe once the truck is old. Overall it looks good, you can't see the velcro and the tablet fits perfect. You do get the gaps on the side but it doesn't look ugly. When I get some time off I'm going to make it so it gets held on by magnets. Attach magnets to the tablets case then put some behind the trim piece. Make it more clean for when the tablet is not there.

  11. I'm kind of confused, Can I use this aux switches to turn on a light bar?
  12. You don't need to to that. Just tape off like an inch to each side of the letters, dip the whole thing and once your done with a toothpick start peeling the dip of the paint. Make sure where the letters start that the dip is not connected and when your peeling it off the paint it will brake on its own from the letters.

  17. Like 4 coats of white and 1 coat of glossifier. It looks very slightly more white but you can't really tell.
  18. Plasti dip. Still strong after 2 months and light mud showers and a couple washes
  19. Here you go, same as mine, cheaper. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-2014-Silverado-Sierra-1500-Towing-Power-Heated-Truck-Side-Mirror-Pair-Set-/281468014165?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4188cd0e55

  21. finally got the top bumper cover color matched and back on the truck.
  22. Well that's expensive for a wrap, and I doubt it will ever be as clean as a real paint job. I know a lot of people that do professional auto painting and for me they'll do my truck for no more then 3gs.
