No it's sadly not; he's banned. He emailed I believe 13 times one day consecutively WELL outside of business hours and the system begins to warn people that do that like "hey we are closed you look like you are spamming we are going to ban you if you don't stop". First ban I think is like a week, second two weeks and final is permanently. He hit all three bans in one day then switched to another account and started doing the same thing again. Then he started harassing another vendor here to try to get him to force me to take his work via PM and phone and then IGNORED the vendor who told him exactly how to handle things which was calm the heck down and wait. Mind you this was last week while we were closed to catch up which of course the auto responder and website clearly stated. Then he began to PM me today (3 times in a span of I think 4 hours) to the point I had to turn PM's off again here (which had only been on for HALF THE DAY, if that!) in addition to following me twice for some reason. Mind you he had no appointment or order and this has been going on for weeks by this point so no clue why he would have taken his truck apart when it clearly wasn't going to happen. That said I don't do stalking and I don't have time for babysitting I'm sorry to have to make this public but he clearly won't take a hint from anyone.

There are no language assets for US english in that unit. We have been seeing a rash of these marketed to US users for some reason (One of the reasons we have a fitment matrix) lately I think partly due to the "If it says 2.5 on it it works!" mentality and the ebay vendors have embraced that notion sadly. There may be a solution to your particular issue, it's just not available right this second. Voice controls OUTSIDE of AA/CP will work (the normal ones) Siri inside of Car Play will not work without cluster retrofit. The "issue" there is Car Play was designed with siri being the main interface so without it you're constantly pressing the screen.

So themes were a 2014 and early 2015 option (I'm 99% sure they died in the move to 2015.5) but are not present on any 2016+ vehicles. The assets are there in some of the 2016 early builds but there is no associated code to control them. We may be able to port them in but you are I believe the first person I've seen ask about them.

If you have a 2018 this is a smoking deal. We have done quite a few from that vendor and unlike other eBay sellers all of them have actually been new.

So I just read this whole thread as I've been asked to see if its possible to fix this redoing the HVAC calibration on our end. That said I'm a bit confused as the bulletin states the original 2014 operation was 100% but now 90% for dust issues... that said it looks like stock 2014's who didnt have the update were still having recirc issues; is that the case? Because if so me making a calibration to move the mode door to 100% recirc sadly wont fix anything.

Sadly no as no module directly controls it. I believe it does on the 2019 though as it’s bcm controlled over LIN finally like it should have been the whole time lol

We can update the maps on the unit to the brand new 2019 maps which my guess is the same one GM is selling. Also of note we have had some issues due to a host move of our website (while we develop a new upgraded site) that caused some issues with Email hosting and the order database. That said if you have an order number HIGHER than 1977 please email us a copy of your order email so we can manually add it back in so you get status notifications. Also if you have contacted us in the past 72 hours or so and NOT received a response its likely we did not get your email so please contact us again. I apologize for the inconvenience this is literally the first (and hopefully last!) time this has ever happened.

A gm stopgap for issues with backup camera operation; you don’t need one.

I mean you do this swap for AA/CP not better reception really but I mean if you want to try and want AA/CP I say go for it. Pricing is on the website contact us for the hardware matrix.

There are some very small differences but I wouldn't expect anything earth shattering. Also of note the Map upgrade we are offering for the navigation units at a significantly reduced price over getting them from GM are now brand new fresh 2019 maps

You may upgrade to a 2016 GAS cluster (red or blue) ONLY IF we've done your Car Play retrofit on your 2014-2015.5. ALL OF THIS NEEDS TO BE SETUP TO WORK TOGETHER hence the approved parts list we have for the Car Play Retrofit (have had issues with module mismatches and this eliminates that). This is explained in the part number post we ask everyone to read on page 29.
