I have had this issue on my 19 as well but mine is also doing a weird thing where after about 5-10 min it reverberates, like an echo and then I can't hear the caller. After that, it will be I can't hear the one that called me, I put them on speaker and after I hang up I can't use my radio, sometimes if I hit XM it will say, "Favorite unavailable". Sometimes it will crash and reboot and be fine for a while. Will this not be something the dealer will fix? ugh. I travel so I rely on all the functionality.

Hi all. I have a 19 Silverado crew cab, 2wd and just bought some running boards off a a 2019 GMC AT4, will these fit? Seems like a yes and I hope so, just thought I’d inquire. Also I’m looking but don’t see a thread for general install, I need hardware so it would be help. Thanks in advance!

I have to say, having been in the same boat with my 2016 that I bought new and had NO idea about what the issue was until it was too late, it's good you got out. I thought my issue (before I googled it and found this forum) was a bent rim. In fact, I thought because I bought a set of 20" Foose rims used, that it was the issue and ordered a new Foose rim and the whole set was bad. Discount tire told me at the time that was the issue. I then bought a factory set of 22" Black rims and still had the issue. It was then I found this forum and it had passed the time I could do anything about it and after $2k in tires and wheels traded in and got my new 2019. I have NO issue of any kind on my 2019 and although I loved my 2016 (and still miss it), the 2019 has proven to be the right choice. If you're still considering Chevy, the 2019 has kept me happy. Although, I am a Chevy man, this whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth that Chevy isn't stepping up. Good luck, very happy that I at least found out it was my the Shake issue but sad about the cost incurred to get there.

I agree. I LOVED my 2016, it was beautiful inside and out. But, after 50k miles it got so bad that it made me worry for future safety and I upgraded to the new 2019. They're beautiful trucks, I miss mine, but don't miss the worry and the shake!

I know these aren’t just specific to Texas Edition, but that’s what my truck is, ha. I love these wheels but was curious if anyone has painted them or thought of painting them? They’re pretty common and I’d like my truck to stand out, kind of like the Trail Boss but not 18’s, these are obviously 20’s. I have a 2” leveling kit in the front also, I like that for sure. Speaking of CarPlay...I love the new update they did for iPhone, but wondered if there is a way to configure using the one view to showing Waze instead of Maps (the one that shows Maps, your ipod/iPhone music and directions). I get that Maps is Apple and Waze isn't but wondered if there is anything you can do setup wise to switch that. Also wondered when using that view if instead it would let you show what's playing on XM instead of what's on your iPhone? Not sure if I am making sense lol, but can send a pic of the view in question...

Thank you! Yeah, it has just the one pipe and 3 screens. The flapper valve is just up a ways on the pipe, correct? I have the Cherry Red Texas Edition and am saddened to have not got dual exhaust. I love that look but will have to eventually do duals later on, hoping this will be a good and easy experiment!

Hi all, quick question on this. I have the 5.3 with single exhaust, I haven't seen any posts or pics with just the single. Does this make a difference? I know my sound is good when I first start it but of course quiets down after a few seconds. Also, I see the clamps and sheet metal on the 3 screens (for those that did the clamps/sheet metal), do you also have to do the valve as well (sorry probably a dumb question) if you're only doing the exhaust tape? Thanks, I can't wait to try it on mine!!

Hi all, I have a 2019 Texas edition, 2wd, love it. I just was out of town and my rental was a 2020 Suburban, LT. It had the posted speed limit next to the digital read out of your actual speed. Just curious if this is only in a 2020 and if anyone has it in their trucks? It’s a cool feature and I I'm sure it’s based on your GPS location but I haven’t had my truck long enough (2 weeks) to know if this was only a 2020 option, only for Tahoe’s or Suburbans? Thanks! Sorry to be that guy...but I jumped ship yesterday and got a 2019 Silverado. Mine got so bad that my 9 year old thought it was blowout! Still loving Chevy, just not liking how they're treating customers with no resolution. BTW, rebates are ridiculous right now on the 2019's, that was my incentive.

That's ridiculous! They're brand new! The sad thing is, when I bought mine new in June 2016, I bought some used rims and thought the vibration was due to a bent rim. So I bought a whole new rim and still had the vibration and got rid of the tires and the wheels thinking that would solve it (before I knew about the vibration as an issue for most of us). Now I run new black 22's and tires and was convinced I screwed up something on my side because of the whole rim issue and it's something GM didn't do right. And because I didn't know it, I never asked for anything to be done, I thought it was my RIMs. I am hoping for enough complaints that they'll be forced to do something. Until then, I will just keep driving it, vibrations and all!

What I find interesting about this issue is that some days, I take the same road, go about 78-80 mph and have major vibration. Other days, same road, same speed and NO vibration. Is it possible that road heat, heat outside, etc can play a role in how much vibration there is? The other night I had none but previously that day on the same road during the day I had the normal (what I am used to) vibration. Just curious if mine is the only one that is intermittent.

Thanks. Yeah, that's a bummer. I do love the truck but this gets a little tiresome to keep having it with nothing from GM if you catch it right away.

Thanks. Man, I am the original purchaser but thought it was bent rim and never went to GM, just had them force balanced and rebalanced numerous times! Then I got the 22" factory black rim (not sure the name) and it persisted and found this forum!
