  1. 3” Rough Country running 285/55R22’s on OEM wheels
  2. Yes, depending on what trim level you are looking at.
  3. Updated pictures with 285/55R22’s on OEM wheels
  4. My HC has 3 buttons, Cool, Heat back, or heat both I believe the other one is.
  5. Walmart? Mastercraft? Sorry, but I wouldn't be buying tires from Walmart or a company called Mastercraft. Why not stick to BFG, Michelin, Nitto, Good Year, Firestone, a good name brand tire, your life and your family's lives are riding on them at 60+ MPH, not something to save money on in my opinion. Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox now.
  6. In my opinion it rides better than stock, the only reason could be the better shocks in the rear, otherwise it’s all stock suspension. It has a little more body roll but that’s to be expected. I’m very happy and I have 1” of clearance to get in to my garage so life is good.
  7. No Hoods offered for the T1 trucks.
  8. I have a bad back and go to the Chiropractor every other week. My back doesn’t feel any better or worse driving this truck. As others have suggested try changing the seating position and position of the steering wheel, you’ll hopefully find a spot where everything feels right.
  9. I had the Nitto Trail Grapplers on my Sierra, had a nice hum to them and balanced with very little weight. In my opinion you stay with a name brand tire, you get what you pay for and they are a very important safety part to your truck, never skimp on tires.
  10. It can also be displayed on the HUD if your truck is so equipped.
  11. Well I can confirm that the 285/55R22 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's fit with no rubbing with the Rough Country 3" lift. I'll post pictures once I clean it up but it looks a lot better now with the larger tire.
  12. Welcome Aboard, Nice truck and congratulations on recovering from Cancer!! Live life to it's fullest!
  13. I take mine through the automatic car wash at minimum 2 times a week, I’ve been known to go twice in one day as I have an unlimited wash account. It’s the kind of car wash that has the blue spinners going down the sides and over the top and at 10k miles and 9 months over ownership I do not have any swirls and have no fine scratches. I think it’s the quality of the car wash that you use. My Audi in which I used to use a different car wash had fine scratches all over it. When I tell people that I use yeh auto car washes they never believe me after inspecting my paint and I’m ok with that as I’m happy that I’ve got a good car wash so close to me. Now my Corvette only gets hand washed because it’s great therapy for me and I enjoy the heck out of doing it but the truck is just too big and at 5’8 and it being lifted I can’t even reach across the hood!
  14. Justin used to tell me the same with my 5.3 Tahoes, seems the gas in my area was crap and he said that I should run at least 89 based on what he saw on his computer.
  15. Me too, but the tires from my local supplier are on back order, they are supposed to come in next week, so once they are on I'll post up some pictures.
  16. 285-55R22 Nitto Terra Grapplers.
  17. Ok, so I took the plunge and ordered them today, fingers crossed I'll be happy with a 10 ply tire!
  18. I’d love if the car wash would use Griots products, that’s what I use on my Vette. Anyway I think for my use the TG’s are the way to go since 99.9% of my driving is highway.
  19. I am referring to the TG G2’s. I like the look of the Ridge Grapplers but you’re going to laugh at me for a big reason as to why I’m concerned about running them, I go through the car wash at least 2 times a week and the sidewall tread would throw tire gloss all over my truck as soon as I drive out, it would drive me crazy, my current TG’s are bad enough. Yeah, I’m a little nuts and OCD but it makes me who I am, LOL. I’m gonna have to think about this. Thanks once again for your insight on this, I do appreciate it.
  20. Ok, I’m confused, The Terra Grapplers in the exact same size are a pound lighter than the Ridge Grapplers, also the Terra Grapplers have less of a gap in the tread than the Ridge in which should make the TG’s quieter? I’ve run the Trail Grappler before and they are heavier and much louder but the TG’s are much more of a street tire than the RG’s or am I totally missing something?
