  1. Also 20759945 The part number for 2007 08 and 09 vehicles is on national backorder right now.
  2. P069e most common code for bad FSCM. New ones must be programmed to work. Before replacement you need to check a few wires at the FSCM for proper power. The green and white wire is common for breaking along with a bad pcm. Diagnosis is key before spending any hard earned money for parts that might not fix the problem at hand. get on YouTube and you will find a few good vids on properly diagnosing the FSCM.
  3. Don't worry about the other wires just check for the two powers. I've never seen any other issues in that slice pack.
  4. What is your email ? The file size is too large to attach
  5. Look up the connector for c397 The two orange wires should have 12volt battery positive voltage If that other wire is dead I would say you need to trace it back for a break in the wire. I bet you put 12volts to the wire you will be back in business.
  6. Right side of vehicle Passenger side I'm used to customers always thinking it's looking through the window. So passenger-side the right side four pin connector with two orange wires.
  7. Check for voltage on the left rear pillar should have one connector with 4 wires. Two of them should be orange in that connector of a pretty good gauge wire. I bet you have voltage to only one of the orange wires.
  8. I dont have a diagram in front of me but I have done this swap a few times. If memory recalls me correctly on some connectors on the column harness it had different designations. If you remove one from a salvage yard just mark the location of each pin.
  9. Buy a used frame and treat it with por15 before swapping. I have done many frame swaps and its not difficult just time consuming for someone that has never done one.
  10. Check grounds as said above. Since you are having issues with the gauge cluster the BCM could be suspect. If the neutral safety switch was bad you would not have been able to start it at all. Look at the PRNDL to confirm shifter location is reading. I would read codes before getting to far and report back with that. I see BCM failure in the NBS trucks 10 to 1 vs 03 to 07 classic. Are you getting fuel? If not check the fuel pump flow control module for operation if equipped.
  11. The PDM Is the RCDLR. As for programming GM SPS does have programming for the PDM what functionality it actually gIves I have no idea. A new one may need to be programmed but I've never had a new one in my hand. I have programed used PDM's on the bench to the correct Vin the truck it was going to be replaced in but noticed no difference in my testing from donor truck to flashed vin in the PDM.
  12. Here is the sticker on the back of the switch i was talking about.. https://postimg.org/image/gvr7rxe6p/
  13. Its in the Passenger door lock module. Here is all data from a 2003 silv. https://postimg.org/image/v4re42o87/
  14. I guess I should add that when you have power door locks with key less that it does have its own calibration in the bcm. I flash BCMs off the car for plug and play and thats one of the required answered questions in sps before you can program.
  15. You can add TPMS to the older trucks with the addition of the Correct PDM and programming. I have even removed TPMS from both the new and old body style trucks but for legal reasons I would never tell anyone how since its a safety and federally mandated after 07. To many people that want to sue for anything now days. I only glanced at the thread and did not really look at what year he had. After posting I saw something in the tail end of one of the post that might be his fob being bad. I hope the new ones he ordered work. As for keyless entry 03 up is not in the BCM its all in the PDM.
  16. Sounds like the RCDLR is bad. IE the Passenger Door Switch. You can find them pretty cheap on ebay just make sure if you have TPMS you get the correct PDM RCDLR PDM US RFA = Non TPMS PDM US RFA TPM = TPMS
  17. I have owned just about every combination GMT 800 truck that's been made. 6.0 hands-down every day. All of The trucks we used to tow are 6.0 trucks. Pulls 8.1 Duramax trucks all day long without notice.
  18. Any 4l60e transmission from 99 through 2007 classic Will work . It must be of the 99 nbs GMT800 truck or SUV. All you'll have to do is change the neutral safety switch if the one you get is different. Besides the switch everything will plug and play and bolts up as it should.
  19. It's the purge valve on the intake
  20. Using a used BCM You will have to unlock the Radio. Nav units can be done with a good scan tool or the tech2. The Uplevel RDS Radio will require SPS. If you have a 2005 or newer you will need to reset the SDM via the Scan tool. 03-04 the 30 min relearn procedure will reset the restraint ids. You will find two styles of BCMs in use on the 03 up trucks and SUVs. Reg Cab / Ext Cab Trucks will have a BCM with only front mounted Plugs. Crew Cabs and SUVs will have both front plugs and top plug. If you use a BCM From and SUV in a crew cab you will get rear access open on the DIC. A good shop should only charge a couple bucks for a BCM Reprogram. Takes about 2 mins to flash and another couple to set up the radio and sdm if required.
  21. Sometimes the processors in this style cluster just fail and cluster replacement would be necessary. The other more common issue should have been addressed by the re-builder. Granted the issue may not have been present at the time. So without inspecting the cluster its really hard to point the finger at one of the two problems.
  22. The Cluster you have only fits 99-02 Trucks and 00-02 SUvs 03 Up Clusters will interchange from 03 -07 Classic but late 05 up have the led PRNDL but it will work with 05 down. As for the trans temp from a 3/4 ton it will plug and play with any 1/2 ton truck just plug in the new cluster and you are set. That works in both series of clusters. If you add the stepper motor and overlay for trans temp you have a 50 50 shot of it working without programming. I have been 95% successful adding the trans temp gauge to a cluster that did not have it and did not need to program.
  23. Look in the glovebox for the rpo list. Look for NR3 or NR4. I believe one of them is the RPO for the Borg Warner Case.
