  1. I wouldn't worry too much about the "deadline" for submission, especially considering the most recent 10yr/150k adjustment. If you're like me, you've gotten more than one of these in the mail pertaining to this issue. I believe the first one I got was October 2018 stating the following..."The completed form and required documents must be presented to your dealer or received by the Reimbursement Department by September 30, 2019." My next notice was dated April 2019 with language reflecting a 6yr/72k no charge repair and the "deadline" had changed to June 30, 2020. I would rather err on the side of caution and get this reimbursement paperwork in the mail sooner than later, but I can't imagine it will have a hard cut-off date with the most recent developments, (i.e., 10yr/150K)

Did the 16' LED headlight upgrade. No regrets!
  4. ...I did have the reprograming done at 84k. Seemed worse, replaced pump.
  5. Woah... I guess I need a "reimbursement form". (Now I just need to find out where to get one.) Is this a document that should be mailed out to us truck owners or is this GM internal stuff? Either way, thanks for the info! Maybe there's a chance to recoup the cost of this repair if we all follow the process.
  6. Im considering doing exactly this. Is it annoying to you that way? I'm curious, otherwise was it plug n play with the Gen5diy harness? (Part #)?
  7. Interested in this swap also. I'm curious if a 2015 standard headlights (SLE) to 2016 LED swap can be done by using only a harness, or is there more to it without "starting" with LED headlights.(I know many have done the LED old style to LED 2016' style) I have a 2015 GMC 1500 Sierra SLE with non-LED headlights. (Obviously I would purchase some Denali 16' LED headlights) Mmmm?
  8. I took this picture while on a test drive with the truck. Kind of cool to think I wasn't even sure I was going to purchase it. (I did!)
