Still original fluid. Swapped throttle body just to see if that was the problem. Still the same problem.

Yesterday i went to pass a slow truck and when i hit 5000 rpms it just stopped going any further and felt like it was missing. Driving normal and accelerating up to 5000 rpms everything is normal. I tried one more time to see if it would happen again at a slower speed and it did it again. Seems to run totally fine besides wot. Trans shifts fine and i never had any harsh shifts from day one. I have had AFM turned off since it had 44 miles. I now have 26000 miles on truck. I did notice recently once in a blue moon it feels like i am running over rumble strips for a few seconds. Seems to happen when i am doing around 65 mph. Anyone have any similar problems? Also no check engine light. Thanks

I can smell gas in my oil but it runs perfect and no rise in oil on my dipstick.

Agreed except you don't have to remove the bed. Take out all the bolts except the 2 by the bumper. Just loosen those and you can prop the front of the bed up to change pump.

If they have a 18 we don't have the codes in our glove box. We have a QR code that you have to scan. I wish i had the codes in my glove box.

I know Pat Mcafee has the hummer and he says it takes forever to charge. I watched a video on the ford towing against a GMC for distance and it took him over an hour to charge at one of those charging stations. It also lost almost half its normal range while towing.

GO back to the shop that replaced your lifters. They must have done something while taking your engine apart.

After using the dorman for the first time at night i think the stock was better. I think i will return it and go back to stock. I wish you could just buy the camera (not the whole harness) for the stock one cause it is connected to the harness with 2 screws and just unplugs.

The first time you use hptuners on the newer trucks you have to be connected to the internet so hptuners can unlock the pcm. After that you don't need to be connected to the internet. If you have the older hptuners box i don't think it will work on the new stuff.

I just put the Dorman in and the picture looks good. Will see how it lasts. Stock only lasted 4 years which is pretty sad.

I see the stock one is $128 before tax. I wonder how much better that camera is price is $184 with remote tailgate.

Recently my backup camera has become blurry. I can still see everything just looks like there is a fog over it. I was looking at the lens and it looks like the lens is foggy. Can you just replace the lens or do you have to buy a new camera? If you can replace lens does anyone have a part #? If not what does the camera cost? My truck is a 18 GMC Sierra 1500 6.2 dbl cab SLT All Terrain Edition. Thanks

If it is engaging is the low pressure line getting cold?

The ecu is easy to unlock on the 18 but it is the tcu that you have to send in to have unlocked.

When people delete the vacuum pump why do they bother to remove it? Can't you just remove the belt and cap the vacuum line on the pump?

Maybe your IAT temp sensor is bad. If it is like the LS motors the IAT sensor will read -33 degrees or somewhere about that temp so when it gets real hot out it is trying to fuel for a cold temp.

I tried that throttlebody. No difference at all from stock. Save your money for something else stock is fine.

6.2 or 5.3? 6 speed or 8 speed?

I tuned out the AFM with 40 miles on the truck. Before i did it coming to a stop it would shutter slightly. Since i have had it turned off the trans is perfect. I now have 25000 miles on my 2018 Sierra 6.2 8 speed.

My neighbor was talking about buying his brothers truck a 2017 5.3 crew cab that has over 200000 miles on it. I asked if it it had any problems and he said no. Not sure if has a 6 speed or 8 speed. He i asking $15000 for his brother.

Make sure your fuel lines aren't clogged and check fuel filter.
