  1. I've read that you can just remove the blocks from the leaf springs and it'll drop the rear about 1 1/2". Google it, lots of info on it. Doesn't make it perfectly level, but makes it look much better from what I've seen.
  2. Here's a 2018 black/silver Big 10 for sale in my town: I like this one better, but I'd take off the step rails and put a different style on...black.
  3. Routine maintenance yesterday: oil change, tire rotation, transmission service. Oil change was free due to my dealer's punch card program, every 4th oil change is free.
  4. My Husky X-act front mats came in...so much better than the factory mats.
  5. When you say didn't work, would it not load? I updated to 2020 as well. It loaded fine, but didn't find the test address in Detroit I was given.
  6. Thank you for the pics and the info/answers to Jim's questions. My Sierra is silver, so this is an almost dead match. Looks nice! Just gotta decide if I'm doing it or not now.
  7. Are your tires stock size, and your only suspension mod the rear block removal? If so, could you post a straight on side view pic? I'm thinking about taking the block out of my 2016 Sierra. Even though I have 18's, the overall size is basically the same.
  8. This is just an update for the in dash navigation, not the Onstar version. I wasn't aware the in dash version could be deactivated.
  9. That's what I thought, just wanted to confirm. Really not interested in the android update, but the rear camera update has me thinking...
  10. Upgraded the in-dash navigation with the 2020 usb stick. Wasn't going to do it, but the 2019 was reduced to $99, and I had built up $50 in GM Rewards points, so I figured for $50 I would. When I picked it up, they gave me the 2020 version.
  11. My 2016 has Apple Carplay as an option under settings on the screen. I have an Android phone, so I've never used this, nor have I added Android play. Questions is, since Apple Carplay is an option, does that mean I have the 2.5 HMI?
  12. Put new tires on: Sumitomo Encounter HT's, stock size. Finally decided to just leave it stock and have fewer potential headaches.
  13. Ah, no...didn't pick up you wanted a toolbox as well, just that you couldn't find a trifecta 2.0 for a 5'8" bed. My bad. This is expensive, but looks like a great unit: https://stowecargo.com/product/2-in-1-tonneau-cover-and-tool-box/
  14. Yes they do, I have one on my truck with the 5'8" bed.
  15. What did you wind up going with?
  16. Google says the average is about 13,500/year (11-18 figure). You bought it at about 13,800/year (allowing for the truck being 13 months old when purchased), so basically dead on average. If you only drive it 5,000/year, you'll have a well below average mileage truck if you ever sell it, which will bring you more money and make it sell faster. To me, you made a great purchase. Mine was well above average, and I drive above average, but I'm banking on the truck being good for 250,000-300,000 miles without anything major beyond suggested service. And, I really liked the one I found.
  17. 29,800 on a 2017? That's average for a 2 year old truck and below average for a 3 year old truck. Be happy with that. I bought my 2016 in June of 2018 with 64,000 and already put 40,000 on it. I would've loved to have only had 30,000 on mine.
  18. I really appreciate your reply. I actually found that thread after asking the question, and am researching the best price. Looks like Rock Auto is close to half of everyone else I can find, for those of you looking to purchase one of these.
  19. My 2016 truck came with only 1 key and key fob. I bought a 2nd key, but not a 2nd fob. I can find the fobs online, but everything I've read says you can't program them yourself, dealer has too, and it's expensive. Can you share where you found the info to program your fobs? If I can do it myself, I'll buy one.
  20. Not today, but earlier this week it went to the dealer for the 100,000 mile service. Oil change, tire rotation, new spark plugs, air and fuel system cleaned, and they performed the brake recall without me even asking. I can definitely tell a difference in how it drives and mpg seems to be better on the first tank based on the numbers on the dash. We'll see how the next 2 tanks go.
  21. My only thought is I hate mats made like this. I get that they don't move around, but my 2016, bought used, already has one of the driver clips pulling out of the carpet. Does anyone know if the 2019+ models have this same design? Just curious.
  22. Dang boys, I've got over 92,000 on my 2016. You need to drive more
