  1. I stepped outside and sighted down both sides of my 2016 CC...all 4 doors sit flush like the pics of your white truck. In the end, you're the one that has to be happy, but I would be very upset about it. Hate that happened to you.
  2. I hate to post this, but I'm going to: if it was my truck, I would have already told them they had 3 options: 1. Fix it to look like the white one and every other one on their lot. 2. Have their GM rep meet with you at the dealership to explain GM's opinion of the quality of that build and the responses you're getting from the dealer. 3. Provide a full refund. I am not ragging on you at all. What's happening sucks, and you should be made whole via one of those options in my opinion.
  3. 15" wide (parallel to the truck) 4" deep (perpendicular to the truck) Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  4. Front step is a little over 15" wide, rear is over 11" wide (I don't remember the exact dimension from my research). Getting in and out, I have yet to literally put my entire foot on the step tread. I think you'd be fine, but I would suggest finding a retail source for these and take a look at them first given your shoe size.
  5. I agree. I was impressed that the Havoc rep shared the Nfab info with me. Glad to hear you got a good deal as well!!
  6. Yes, they are 2 different companies but owned by the same parent company (hence sister companies). At the time, I wanted the Havocs and hadn't seen the Nfabs, it was the Havoc rep that told me to buy the Nfabs because they weren't sure how long the Havocs would be on backorder (and about them being the same step design). Lifetime warranty would sell me on the Nfabs over the Havocs. Yes, the Westins are an entirely different look. I read about some Nfab quality issues (at the time) and widened my look. Got down to the Westins and Magnums. The Westins have some of the biggest steps of any step rails on the market (front steps are a little over 15" wide, back over 11" wide). Then I found them on Amazon, and between the Amazon deal and a $33 Amazon gift credit I had, I saved $100 over retail. Sold. And honestly, I really like the Westins. I also like the Nfab/Havocs and hope you enjoy yours!
  7. In my opinion, your tires look good in that picture. If it were my truck, I wouldn't change it.
  8. Just FYI, they're the same. When I was researching my rails (went with Westin HDX), Havoc was on backorder and they actually told me on the phone to buy the Nfabs because they're the same rail. Nfab and Havoc are sister companies.
  9. Had the Westin HDX steps installed Monday. Extremely happy with them. Large front step, more than adequate rear step, and the locations are dead on. Getting in and out is very easy with these, I highly recommend them.
  10. Had Westin HDX step rails installed and had the front windows tinted 35%, legal limit. Very happy with both! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  11. Do a search for Bilstein 4600 and for Bilstein 4600 vs 5100, both here and Google. I think you'll find it's basically the same shock made for stock height with no adjustment. It will save you some money if you don't plan to level or lift. I have not used Bilstein, but have researched it and this is based on what I've read here and other places.
  12. This^^ I'll be the first to say I will not spend $1600 for ceramic. But, you will never hear me say someone else shouldn't. Each person buys and maintains their truck to suit their needs. My needs do not include ceramic, diesel's does and I respect that. Frankly, I can clearly see a big difference even in the pics and feel like he (and others) should be proud of the fact they're taking that kind of care of their truck. Over the years I've been on enthusiast sites for Mustangs, Jeeps, and now here. The one consistent problem is people who can't show respect for other people's choices and have to speak out against it. Even when they ask for opinions, you can still be respectful. Rant over.
  13. Had an oil change and rotation done, wound up turning the rotors...routine stuff. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  14. They look good, as does your truck!
  15. Podiums? HS2s? What do you think of them relative to ease of use and location of the step getting out? I'm trying to decide what I want. I like those along with Westin HDX and Magnums.
  16. Here it is 2 weeks ago. Got a new set of BFG Dueler AT RH-S put on as part of the purchase...they're fine for what I do. Added the pinstripe. Only changes besides those are I added an under seat storage container (GM), sold the truck box a week ago and replaced it with a Trifecta 2.0 bed cover. Truck came with a GM bed mat and the typical GM floor mats.
  17. Here it is as I found it in June with 64,000 miles.
  18. I mean this very nicely: I can't imagine you'll be able to see the 1/4" difference in the RC 2.5 vs. Readylift 2.25 without a tape measure. Certainly not with the naked eye from far enough back to really look at the entire truck. I would say that if the Readylift suits all of your needs other than that extra 1/4", install it and enjoy it.
  19. Nfab and Havoc are made by the same company. When I contacted Havoc about the backorder on HS2's in December, they actually pointed me to the Nfab Podiums and said the two are the same step. I've heard of rust issues on both, and have seen rusty examples of both while looking for used sets. I'm now leaning much more heavily towards Magnums or Westin HDX's due to the rust issue.
  20. I tend to like stock rims better than aftermarket most of the time. Example, I have a 16 SLE and really like the 18" painted rims a lot, so I'll be keeping them. Your truck looks good with the snowflakes...don't change them. Disclaimer: nothing against anyone who uses aftermarket rims, lots of them look nice. Just not my taste for my truck.
  21. Took the truck box off that was on it when I bought it, put on a Trifecta 2.0 cover that I got used. Trying a cover out to see how I like it.
  22. That's actually a pic of Sean006's truck that I "borrowed" since I didn't have a pic of mine. However, I have the same mats he does. Doubt I'm doing liners. My back seat gets almost no use except the dog going to the beach (and I have a hammock style cover for her) and the occasional night out with friends.
  23. Did this earlier this week for my crew cab. Got lucky, found one on Facebook Marketplace for $85 that looks new. Actually the first thing I've done to the truck. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
