That's very surprising. How many kms do you have? I wonder if there are any internal service bulletins? Ask them to check. And also ask another dealer to check for bulletins as i once experienced on another brand where one dealer located a service bullentin while another did not. How much are they quoting for the repair?

Ive noticed when driving in temperatures about 4 to 7 outside sometimes when its sunny i just turn off the climate control system but hot air still comes out from the vents even though sounds like fan is off. This happens during longer drives at 80km per hour is this normal? Is this a heat from engine coming through?

Anyone know how to run accessory mode without it shutting off in 20 minutes. Sometimes i just want run radio for an hour while car is off. I dont want to keep pressing after 20 minutes to turn back on . A real pita if you goto a drive in movie or if you need to tailgate. I know i can hold the button down for service mode but that mode drains too much battery

I think its unfair and your owed an explanation why your vin is not on the list. Was your vehicles supplied with a different make part. Was recall based on a defective part model # that you have. Or was a faulty assembly which only occurred in certain production run dates. Its more likely than not your part suffers same issue as the ones which vins were listed and your disocvery of should raise attention more vins need to be added. They should be able to answer all your questions to fairly justify why your vin was not included otherwise they are just denying. Id make sure your satisfied with their decision otherwise make sure to speak to all levels and even write to them and ask for a response in writing.

Since covid lockdowns started onstar gave everyone free lte wifi. But i notice max speed i can get is 5 mbps . I recall when i had free trial when i bought it it was much faster. I don't think its a poor lte signal as both lte and wifi are full bars. Is it because maybe onstar is giving it away its slower because of congestion or maybe they are giving a way less bandwidth to keep it stable? Or could their be something wrong with my in car wifi hardware?

After about 1 year my 2018 compressor started constantly running. Took it the dealer they immediately diagnoses a leaking rear air bag or strut something like that they ordered the part was fixed 1 week later. Now it hardly ever runs unless you load the back up excessively which i believe is suppose to be how it works. The compressor should not be running excessively especially when you dont have a load

In my 2018 suburban level 1 ias luke warm 2 is warm and 3 is hot too hot need to turn it lower , even 2 can be too much , most time i use 1

Not sure take it a gm dealer to make the repair if possible. This kind of customization can affect the factory driver assistance systems.

Could be covered up with 3rd row gm floor liners
