  1. My exact same results. I've almost always changed my own O&F for the past 50 years. Twice I let the dealer do it on new trucks. When the first one (2014 Duramax) when I got home and got under it to make sure things were right, I found an oil mess b/c they failed to wipe anything off. The second time my new 2019 1500 I let the dealer do it and when it came time to change it the damn filter they must have used a impact gun to put it on. I went thru everything I had in the shop and finally got it off. I've finally got smart said to myself NEVER again.

  20. Previous years models have been discussed and most were said to be coming from the head rests (including mine). Try removing the head rests and pull outward on both of the legs of the head rests slightly to add some resistance to see if this helps your rattle noise.
