  1. Thanks! I could definitely do another set, but I don't have the resources to make them for cheap... I got the inserts from here: https://instagram.com/0fx2gv?igshid=2gvuqjjyj6qb https://www.0fx2gv.com/ I paid extra to get some custom designed. Really quick turn around and the quality is outstanding.
  2. I painted mine black. I did it right away after I bought the truck, and used brake caliper paint so it would take the heat. 5k miles and still looks good!
  3. Thanks! I did use rattle can paint and was very impressed with the quality. I bought it from R&E paint supply. Quick shipping and very good paint. I did 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of color match paint, and 4 coats of clear. Here are the details: Order Summary #--#--#--#--#--#--#--#--#--#--#--#--#-- 1 - [DUP DAP1689] Dupli-Color DAP1689, White Sandable Primer @ 5.42 USD 1 - [SMT 3680061] SprayMax 3680061, 2K Urethane Clear Coat, Aerosol @ 15.66 USD 1 - [GM WA621D] WA621D, Hudson Metallic @ 21.95 USD

  5. I did some research on this one, looks like its much better than the others out there. If you watch the video on their site, it explains the 5v power issues and the danger it causes. I will most likely be purchasing this in the future. Would you recommend getting it with the dash gage or is it easy enough to control from your phone?
  6. Looks great! I just did the same, but I want to add PPF to them before I install them.
  7. Fender badges are done. Just waiting for the 3M PPF to get here so I can get the fog light trim back on.
  8. Here is the finished product. The fitment of the custom badges is perfect!
  9. Here is the completed product... Turned out way better than I expected! I will be putting them back on the truck later today.
  10. You can get at them under the hood through the inside of the fender. Its tight, but doable. That's how I did mine. There is an opening near the hood hinge that will give you access.
  11. Will do. I wrapped them black, but I wasn't a fan so I went with color match.
  12. Carbon black metallic to match my truck. Apparently this color is done? Not an option for the 2021.
  13. https://instagram.com/0fx2gv?igshid=2gvuqjjyj6qb https://www.0fx2gv.com/ I didn't get those exact badges, I had some custom made. Check out his stuff, he does nice work!
  14. There are two different part numbers, one for AT4/Trailboss and one for everything else. I put them on my AT4 and the max for these is 1.1" lift up front.
  15. Removed the fender badges and fog light trim over the weekend to paint. Now to let it cure... Thinking I will throw some 3M clear bra on the fog light covers before I install them.
  16. If you don't care about damaging the current badge, you can take it off without removing the fender liner and not damage the fender. You might break some clips on the current fender badge, but it wont matter if you are replacing them. Got mine pulled and painted. Just letting the paint cure.
  17. To remove the middle piece, you have to drill out the plastic rivets/welds on the back. Not very hard, just be sure you are careful not to run the drill all the way through (like I did on one...)
  18. I will 2nd the quality of the replacement badges. I went through the same guy and had a custom badge made. For an extra $10 he will design whatever you want. I haven't installed mine yet, just got done taking them apart and painting them. Had to get rid of the black chrome.
  19. All of the aftermarket Denali grilles in black that I have seen are 1 piece. I went through this same process on my 2018 Denali, and ended up having to tape off and paint the surround to match my truck, keeping the center black. I love the Denali grille, and I would put one on my AT4 if you could just get the insert. My 2018 also required me to pull the front bumper in order to change out the tow hooks and skid plate to black ones. They definitely don't make it easy!
  20. I will be taking mine off to paint this weekend. You have to remove the fender liner to access the clips. Planning on painting the black chrome portion to match the truck, and then I had some custom inserts made to replace the factory 6.2L insert. Similar to the ones below.
  21. Just installed Bilstein 5100's all the way around. Have the front set to +1.1". Ride is much better, and it leveled out the front nicely.
  22. I was able to re-use the factory U bolts with the shorter block. I picked up the 1" block from ebay, but it is made by supreme suspensions. https://www.ebay.com/itm/282178911788
