  1. Great discount! Strong work! Seems like some dealers want to move units and will do whatever it takes!
  2. Thats incredible!!! I ended up with an SLT but was looking hard for an AT4. The dealers were not nearly as willing to negotiate. What options did you order and what ended up being wrong?
  3. Holy crap. Was it used? Thats insanely low
  4. I have a roll n lock. Works phenomenally. Minimal water intrusion in the rear corners near the tailgate.
  5. Sorry but at 600 miles and that much work........ id be asking for a new truck.
  6. It should absolutely happen whenever the turn signal is activated. Simple programming.
  7. I used the two existing holes in the bed floor just rear of the cab. Not sure if it was the same 1/2" hose or not, but with a little bit of work the hoses fit in fine. Did not want to drill into a new truck. And honestly if you need to put something in the truck like a sheet of plywood and you know it wont be pouring rain, just pull the hoses out and put them back in after.
  8. No trade. They offered me 5500 for my 2008 silverado. Sold it through autotrader in a week at 10,300. I put 20k down on this one. Financed 26 and change. Payment is 482 a month at like 2.69% through bank of america.
  9. I’m beyond envious. What did you end up paying before tax tag and title?
  10. I test drove a couple of trucks with the 6.2, and it felt like a race engine. Phenomenal power, but I really dont need it. The reason i bought the 5.3 was it was cheaper and ran regular fuel. I will say if i did it again, i would have bought the 6.2 just because. Maybe my next truck.
  11. A 1500 you can get 25% off MSRP. My sticker was 58 and i was 43 plus tax tag and title. I have not heard that the HD trucks, either ford or GM are anywhere remotely close to that though.
  12. Nice. How did you work out the shipping? I assume sticker was round low 60s?
  13. Yea man thats damn good. I wasnt too far behind you. Sticker was the same, 58,500. Was around like 43xxx. I dont care what magic they have to pull out of their ass to get me somewhere near where i want to be.
  14. I had a steering column replaced on my truck when it had less than 10 (ten) miles on it. The telescoping feature locked up. Anyway, part was on backorder, but they were able to swap parts from another sister truck....... which is still parked with the steering column missing from it a month later....
  15. Looks to me like it is deflecting the air down into the radiator through those slats
  16. I had the bose in my old Silverado. This one doesnt even come close to being comparable. Holy crap. The sound is incredible. I have the bass set to 2 of 12 and its plenty loud. It is impressive.
  17. Got my paint protection film on the front part of the hood, headlights, colored trim around the grill, A post, and front of the roof. Ceramic window tint on from windows to match the rear window and then one shade darker than clear ceramic tint on the windshield. Sent it to the detail shop after for Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra topped with EXOv4. I dont want to drive it and just look at it.
  18. were you out the door at 42,466 or that plus tax, tag, and title.
  19. I had no invoice that i had seen. From reading this website, there were quite a few instances of 25% off on MSRP. That was my go to number. I didnt give two ****** how they got there or what they had to do. Manufacturer rebates wont change. Dealer rebates will. My first responder discount was $925; my dealer fee was $75 where as it is normally $999... or maybe 975 i cant remember. But either way, the next closest dealership was a $500 discount. So i was up $425 in that alone. The dealer i bought it from text me out of the blue and straight up said they need the truck gone by this weekend. Went back and forth and i had a family friend call a friend who is the sales manager and knocked the price down to the 25% off point, at which point i took the deal. Hard to think that i paid almost $3000 less for a 4x4 sierra with a sticker of 58,500 than a 2x4 LTZ silverado with a sticker of 55. Stick to your guns. Unless you need a truck tomorrow.... slow and steady wins the race.
  20. That is about a 19.5% reduction on msrp which is impressive on the AT4. You may be able to push them to 50 plus tax, tag, and title.
  21. I got 25% off MSRP almost to the penny on my 2020 SLT. 58,500 sticker, marked down to 43,****** plus tax tag and title.
  22. in order for me to get 0%, i had to forfeit a 6500 dollar rebate. The cost of the loan at 2.59% was about 1800 over 60 months. Absolutely silly to leave cash on the table just to pay 0%. Specifically, my case: Using my financing and rebates, my payment is $477 a month. Cost of interest was 1804. If i did 0% and gave up a $6500 rebate, my payment would be $555 a month. That was just quick math. Im sure that there are other things that would need to be considered. At the end of the day you are paying the car payment. Whether you are paying an interest rate or not, it is all built in to the monthly amount. Lower the payment, the better for me.
  23. I got 2.59% for 60 months through bank of america.
