    When I have time I let mine drain for well over an hour, easily takes 10.5-11 qts.

    That sucks, hope the next one gives you some better luck. Nothing more frustrating than have a new truck repeatedly fail.

    Depending on the state, lemon law may apply. If a vehicle is out of service 30+ days during warranty period you may have a claim. Do some research, if needed serve notice of your intent to the dealer. Insane that so many people are left without a vehicle for unreasonable amounts of time. That's a failure on GM, and the customer is left hanging. Especially with HD trucks, many make a living using these vehicles and can't afford to be without for extended periods.

    I went with Cooper Rugged Trek, great so far. Much quieter than expected, hardly any change from factory. Interesting how details the siping shows up in the snow, excellent traction so far.

    Even when I'm hauling a truck camper on mountain roads while towing a trailer mine stays in the mid to high 140's.

    It's wild to me that a physical manual is no longer provided with a $100k truck. At least make it available to those that want it.

    I have a diesel thats always outside in Alaska, but below 0 I always use the block heater.

    I haul a truck camper and tow a deck over trailer with machines, I use the ready lift airbags. Huge improvement, max PSI of 150. It's a dual bag set up with onboard compressor.

    I frequently remove my '24s tailgate to haul the truck camper. For now, I use a plastic baggie with a rubber band to protect the exposed wiring harness.     Sorry for the late reply, barely have time to get on lately. I have the B20 with bedliner. Holding up great so far, they've spent plenty of time on dirt roads getting blasted by gravel. Only have one chip after this last winter.

    I went with their HD compressor. Works fast, can save numerous different vehicle towing profiles to return to your preset psi settings. I have one saved for just the truck camper, truck camper and trailer loaded with toys, unloaded, etc. So far I'm impressed. Can give more feedback at the end of the summer, plan to put them through hell.

    Think I'll go with the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W when it's time. LT all terrain tire with a 60k warranty, snow peak rated. Hard to beat. Probably jump up to a 285/65R20, diameter is at 34.8.

    Live in Alaska, drive a lot of miles and only run one set of tires all year long. No issues, seems as though most that receive the 3 peak mountain snowflake symbol are more than capable.

    I have the Ready Air set up with the onboard compressor, works great.

    I have some Go Rhino running boards, up a little higher and tucked away. Nice and solid.

    Just guessing here, but since the passenger side temp was raised just inches away, the driver's side will make up for the rise in temperature by cooling down some to maintain the temperature you have chosen.

    rjgvt, I drive on all the conditions you listed. That being said, my commute vehicle has Nokian all weather tires. They are great.

    I run the factory Trail Runners all winter here in Alaska without issue, to include the mountains. I plug in as the manual states, 0F and below.
