I did need an alignment but didn’t notice much in terms of gas. I pulled the front dam off too so I’m sure I lost something in terms of mileage.

Stealership called yesterday and said they were ordering a new seat frame again. I imagine this can't be good for the bottom line. Hopefully GMC will come out with a permanent fix soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I too got a new seat frame and it fixed the issue. And, those of you that don't have time, just get a loaner. It should be free with warranty issues

Thinking about the additional 1" in the back to go with the RC leveling kit while towing. -
I have the 2" kit because I didn't want to go bigger tires and think it looks great without having to do blocks. However, I am now considering an extra inch in the back. We picked up a 12' pop up trailer and I have a feeling it may sit lower in the back with truck bed loaded with wood etc and trailer hooked up. Anyone have experience with towing and drop? I noticed about 2" drop in back

Does anyone have some pictures of this set up? I'm sure I can dig around but thought we could get a collection together for other newbys too. Did it change your mileage? I know most say it doesn't but seems like it may throw it off a few tenths

Stock tires front 2" kit.

I have not noticed a change in ride but I did the leveling quit soon after purchasing. I would have to drive a factory truck to say for sure.

The rough country kit will definitely require an alignment based on experience with my 08'. I found a local shop that will install with parts for $140 so I'm going to save my weekend and get it when the parts come.

For those of you that have already installed a leveling kit... Which did you go with and why? Do the new aluminum suspension parts impact the install? I hope to get one on my truck in the next couple weeks but want some insights first.
