My new AT4X - picked it up yesterday.

2024 HD 6.6 diesel, SLT, X31. NHT max tow package, SLT premium Pkg., Safety pro camera package. the truck was ordered mid-November, order was accepted late November and built the 2nd week of Jan. I was able to find a dealer who accept using the GMS pricing. I had a 2021 6.6 gas but we purchased a bigger 5th wheel and needed more truck. This truck is a beast and have zero issues so far. I had to purchase a new GMC trailering Camera, so if anybody is looking for one that fits a 20-23 HD or 19-23 1/2 ton I have one .

Wouldnt doubt it . In all honesty with the grid the way it is surprised it doesnt happen more frequently. Its also funny how the media freaks out. Its always in the summer saying the refinery is down but it was always planned maintenance. I have known quite a few people who worked there and they just laughed.

Over visiting Dad today in eastern Iowa. Bought E-85 for $1.81 65% alky load.

Measured 24 ounces consumed in 4400 miles using Chevron Delo 600 ADF 10w30. L3B in a 2022 LTD. Consumption may have stalled with this 10w30 oil. When its cold here I can see 90 psi on cold start at ambient temps near 0 but it flows well with our oil pump. I allow to idle until is below 30 psi. Which happens in just a few minutes. MPG has not been hampered with the 10w30.

Confirmed: evap line on top of fuel tank had a loose connection after the pump replacement. Tightened connection, no faults.

I will change my oil until I can't do it anymore.

That is quite a sweet rig, and color combo. Happy to be back into the Duramax, '24 Denali-U, 2500HD. I put in a ScanGauge III, as the gash gauges are lacking. Use it for work, but restored, upgraded and modified the xxxx out of a '73 26ft. GMC Motorhome. That club is also like a cult, of owner's helping owners. Till '76, these had an Old's 455ci front wheel drive ('77-'78 then a 403), 4 wheel independent rear air suspension. One owner replaced the 455 with a Duramax ! That must cruise !! Next mod is a Limited Slip for the Front Diff., as it is Front Wheel Drive only, and 4 wheel rear disc brakes (now that a kit includes an electric parking brake caliper). When retirement arrives, going down the Smokey Mountains Blue Ridge Pkwy., and all other National Parks as I can. Enjoy your travels !!

I wasn't going to argue with Michael. I mean he should know more about their tuning than me and I know nothing about the new Goble Be platform. But I've been replacing chips, tuning ecm's or having ecm's professionally tunes for a few decades and I don't recall ever experiencing the factory to be optimized for performance and fuel economy. I know the manufacture has a lot of restrictions and try to for a wide range of requirements. I also know often more than one engineer works on the tune for a specific vehicle and there's more than one way to set up the tune. And sometimes the different engineers do things differently and overlap their work. In a nutshell the final tune is NOT optimized. From my experiences with professional ecm tuning, they most always result in better performance AND better fuel economy. Which makes sense if the engine tune is optimized the engine is more efficient and will use less fuel at normal driving but be able to provide more power when needed. And so I will wait.

You should have the dealership install it. GM pays the dealer for the labor so no add'l cash out of pocket. It's not obnoxious. It's a nice mellow sound. Potential better fuel economy and performance. I wouldn't have ordered it on a special order but now that I have it, I wouldn't be without it.
