I picked up some new to me XD wheels!! Think that I am going to be like all the Northeners and have a winter set of wheels and tires and a summer set!!!

Remote started mine today. Don't know if it started or not, stuck in wife's Exploder but almost home.

I love my Duratracs, they are grippy and clean out fast. With my heavy front end it really pulls thru the slop. They are a little loud coming from the stock Michlins but I knew that going in, got a little over 7000 miles on them got to get them rotated this week, everyone has told me that is the most important thing with them.

Scared myself, been on a road trip last two weeks. First time on this trip and only the second time ever the low fuel light came on! I checked gas buddy and found a place with cheap fuel so off I go. When I left hotel it said I had used 32.7 gallons from my 36 gallon tank went about 10 miles to the closest station sweating bullits the whole way put 34.5 gallons into the tank never ever going to do that again!!

Red no matter whose joint you use make sure it is installed correctly. If it has a grease fitting when your truck is going foward the fitting should be compressed.

Cleaned it up and detailed it, should have taken pictures before it started to rain!!!! Just my luck.

A few years ago (30) or so a friend of mine drove a Pro Stock Vega, and one night at the races the guy who owned the car got into a panic when they could not find his 4 year old son!!! The last time anyone saw the boy was when they were cooling the car down after a pass and when they went to make another pass is when they could not find him, and it was his favorite thing about being at the races was going to the line. When the driver got back to the pits no one was around the trailer so he hopped out and threw his helmet into the back of the car and he heard the boy say "hey don't be mean" he about had a fit when he realized that the boy was back there when he went 8.00 at 160 mph with no helmet, seat belt or fire suit on!!! The owner of the car had to bribe the boy not to tell his mom about the car ride that he went on and did not remember!!!

CJ, that aint no load, I need to find the picture of my old 99 C2500 with a load of scrap that had the nut on the trailer ball where you could only put a 24 oz cup under it. It rode on the snubbers for 120 miles, never got over about 45 mph on that trip.

Played in the mud with my new tires!!! Coming from an old guy that gives my kid heck for mudding, the pig does much better now with the new Duratrac's!!

KMG they are the stock size LT265 75 R17, but they do look bigger. Not as quite as the Michilans but they seem to work very good in the slop I was in today.

Sarah, don't worry I leave the key in my truck all the time no matter where I go. I am not sure about you but when it is at home there is a .45 aimed at it and a 30.06 by the door so if anyone is feeling a little froggy they are more than welcome to stop on by and see what they might find in my truck!!!!

Don't have any pictures but years ago a buddy had one of the first plug in Brinkman spot lights may have bee 100,000 candle power, one night he had it out and just threw it into the passinger seat and did not notice that he turned it on. Next morning we out to go to work and car would not start, after he got a jump, he saw the light hitting the floor under the seat. There was a round hole in the seat cover and padding, it was a wonder that the car did not catch on fire and burn up it and the house.
