  1. Do the cloth seats have the seat movement issues?
  2. Just thought I'd put this out there. I changed the wheels and tires on my truck the same time it went in for the recall(18's to 20's) Before that I was averaging 16/17 city 19/21 highway. After the bigger tires it dropped to 13/14 city. Well the other day I noticed that all 4 tires were at 35 psi. I bumped them up to 37 psi (cold), and my city mpg's are back up to 16/17. I haven't driven any highway since but I'm sure that will go up as well. It's only 2 psi but it sure does make a difference.
  3. Here's mine 275/60R20, 20x9 wheels with a +18 offset. Hope this helps, I was looking for the same type of info before I bought my setup.
  4. Rough County 2.5" with rear blocks 275/60R20 Cooper AT3's 20x9 Rockstar 2's, 18 offset, no rub at all, no trimming required.
  5. There isn't a TSB as far as I know. It is a fix my dealer has been doing. If the part ever comes in, I'll post all the info.
  6. Nope not yet, the bar is still on back order. They said they hope to get it in next week. I can say my seat has gotten worse, so I hope it gets here soon and does the trick.
  7. I wish it was all in a day lol it's between September and yesterday. It's raining or I'd go take some pics. It is going for a detail on Monday.
  8. I put it below the dash above the gas pedal. i put in the part of the dash that there would be no visible holes. It is in an angle that some said wouldn't work, but it works fine. It's a old school one too, nothing fancy, i had it in my other truck. Ill get some pics up.
  9. Mine did it too, but not all the time. My dealer installed clips under the seat cushion, that reduced the frequency of the squeak. It depends on how you have your seat adjusted. I found if I don't put it up as high it doesn't do it. Again not a acceptable fix on a 46K truck, but for me I fond a spot that comfortable and doesn't make any noise.
  10. He had to order all the parts, so I don't have numbers right now. Once they do the install, and I get the service invoice I will post them. The recall was just for loose tranny lines, it is very limited (10-15) total out of all manufactured. The recall notice hasn't went out yet. Like PM26 said there is a entire thread on it. Mine was good to go.
  11. Took mine in today for the recall check on the tranny lines. I'm friends with the mechanic, I mentioned the seat. He ordered a new seat frame and some additional bar for more support. He said he added the bar to a few new ones on the lot. Said the key is to install the support bar on a "new" frame. Who knows if it will work, we'll see I guess.

I will post pics as soon as I get it cleaned up!!
  13. Yes you can Plasti Dip you logo to look like that. You just tape off the grill, put a 3-5 light coats on. I used the glossifier on mine to get a better finish. After its dry it should just peel off the chrome.
  14. I plasti Dipped my front bowtie, while a buddy bought one from Chevymall. Living in Pittsburgh with all the snow and road salt mine is still perfect, no peeling at all. His on the other hand has three chips in it and looks like shit. It wouldnt have been so bad if he didnt have to drill out his stock one to install the aftermarket one.
  15. That's a heck of a difference in price, almost $100 per tire. I'm thinking I'll be just fine with the 275/60's.
