Signed up to confirm this. Below are the symptoms and resolution to this exact issue. 2014 GMC Sierra Denali Symptom: On full blast AC mode, driver's side luke warm or hot, passenger side cold. Resolution 1. Turn ignition and power off 2. Remove negative battery cable 3. Remove fuses 35, 55, & 56 from BMX fuse panel "inspect them" 4. Wait 5 minutes... 5. Reinstall fuses 35, 55, &56 6. Reconnect negative battery cable 7. Turn ignition back on 8. Don't touch HVAC controls for 3 minutes. 9. Test Driver vs Passenger side temps Most likely the HVAC door actuator was out of calibration and a loss and return of battery power forces a recalibration of the unit. Hopefully this helps someone needing clear and concise instructions.

I replaced mine for 150.00. There's a known defect of aweld on the side on the condensor, I charged my system up slight using a small can of refrigerant from walmart. Then I sprayed soapy water on the condensor near of all the welds and brackets which is were I found the leak. I watched a youtube video that descrivbe the issue to a T. Afterwards I replaced the condensor with one from Oreillys. and rented a vacuum pump to purge the system. Later I refill the system using Car AC hoses I happen to buy from Harbor freight a while back. This should be nationside recall from GM but the cheap ass and don't stand behind they product.

So I did the battery and fuse procedure and it seemed to work for a few days, but now I have the same issue again. I've been told by multiple people and my own research that one of the blend door servo's needs to be replaced. There are 3 blend door servo's Part's 16,17,18 on this diagram, Does anyone know which one controls the driver and passender dual zone climate? Youtube video seems to point to Part number 18 right near the glove compartment. I just wanted to do a little research before I start replacing parts.

I have similar issues with my Tahoe,seems like it works fine if the att hotspot is active but not if your not paying for it, would be nice to have apple car play and cellular connectivity at the same time

Anybody noticed if the cylinder deactivation (aka active fuel management) is kicking in while they experience the vibration? I believe you can see the status on the driver info screen in the middle of the dash. I could see a truck lugging and vibrating if 4 cyl is not enough power to keep up the current speed. I test drive a chevy z71 yesterday and when accelerating I noticed a big slip when flooring the gas pedal, engine RPMs shot up 5,000 when shifting. I was planning on ordering a 6.2 with 3.73 gears but after reading some of the posts, vibration and tranny issues I may hold off.
