  1. Thanks for the compliment. Yeah single in single out to dual tip. Most people hate on the dual tip out but I really like it and compare to all other cat backs on the market thus far I think this one takes the cake. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I've had my Corsa cat back installed now for about two weeks and put about 350 miles on the truck. I couldn't be happier with the sound and performance. Zero drone and no difference in sound while switching into v4 mode. Worth the extra coin. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I didn't no. I bought mine December 29th and took advantage of the end of the year incentives. My advice to you is search around and try to find the truck you want at a dealer. You'll be able to get a better deal than getting taxed building your own. Unless you want a very specific model you'll find one that will work for you and your needs. Also not having to wait a few months is cool to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Prolly not a whole lot since you're ordering exactly what you want to the t. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. 30 hp over stock with a custom tune exhaust and intake. Check out my thread in the engine section there are some videos. I picked up about 2 mpg with the work done. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?/topic/158246-Dyno-pull-results-and-Corsa-Sport-Start-up I picked up 8 hp with just the exhaust via dyno results. 6. There is a video already in the engine section. Also dyno videos and results. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?/topic/158246-Dyno-pull-results-and-Corsa-Sport-Start-up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Wondering the same thing dk. I want to delete the 3rd cat to. I doubt it will create any issues as it's not monitored by the truck ( no sensors ) Just throwing this out there.. Corsa sport cat back a game changer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. That's how all dynos work. 3rd gear pulls from 15-20 mph. In the "power band". You wouldn't see much of a difference down low on paper but real time driving it's day and night. The truck holds gears much better and never downshifts when going up hills. I put it to some tests yesterday and was very impressed with the gains and trans shift points. 9. Ohhh I understand now. My bad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I didn't make near 325 to the wheels stock. I haven't seen any make near that lol. Must have gotten a good motor or the dyno was a lil overzealous with the results. Most Ive see are around 290-295 to the wheels. STPT numbers are true to the wheel numbers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Yeah I'm sure they're all a lil different. Numbers are numbers in my opinion. The over all drivability is completely different. I also didn't have them tune it all out and advance timing to much. Only advanced it 3 degrees. I'm sure more could have been gained but I'm staying safe. The shift point and tq lock up changes improved everything. This is only the first round I'll be taking it back for tweaks eventually once I get a feel for what can improve still. 12. Most ppl post up dynajet results and there more forgiving here's the other one- Baseline with Corsa. It added 8 hp bone stock run was 285 I don't have that sheet sorry Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Got my Corsa sport cat back installed and dyno tuned. Fully exceeded my expectations with the sound and ZERO drone. Pulled 30hp over stock with 91 octane. It is a completely different driving experience now and it's perfect. 5.3 quad cab LTZ 3.42 gears. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. The guy at the dyno shop verified with GM there are no flash counters in 2014 models. They will start in 2015. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Yeah you all make good valid points.. I just would love to feel the difference with it tuned up and what not. There's so many adjustments they can tweak it's crazy. And under normal dd it would be ideal I think.. But at the end of the day with this being a first year model and potentially having issues down the road I don't think it would be to smart to hack into it. Ugh lol. Guess the positive side is I still have my diesel. I may hold off on the tune and maybe down the road after some more research and development it'll make more sense. The last thing I need is to tune it and have an issue that'll make me come out of pocket for. Thanks for the responses so far it's helping me out I have no doubt the truck could handle the tune.. My main fear is future recalls or anything of the sort and having it tuned will void me qualifying for the fix. I don't think the possible 15-20 hp will be worth thousands of potential dollars out of pocket to fix something connected to the tune. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. But with so much success with tuning now a days it'll only make the truck operate and drive better no? This is complete custom dyno tuned. Truck made 286/348 stock with 22's. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yeah they specialize in Ls engines and swapping them into just about anything. They have a 350z with a Ls9 swap and brog warner 67mm turbo making 780 to the wheels. And a 95 BMW 3 series also Ls9 swap all motor 600 to the ground. To many crazy builds to list But yeah I've only seen the 6.2 tune thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I'm at the dyno shop right now getting my Corsa system installed and I already have an Airaid intake. Debating hard on a custom I just want to read some feedback on ppl that have tuned and what they got out of the truck. 5.3 3.42 crew cab is what I'll be modifying. I did some searching but can't find a lot of info. If I may have missed some good threads post up the links. I have a few hours to decide. Thanks all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Guys with the Truxedo Low Pro Qt can you post up a pic? I'm pretty set on one I just wanna see it installed on our trucks. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just got my 2" lowering shackles in the mail today. I ordered them from Mcgaughystore.com $44.69 shipped to my front door. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I have the same one installed on mine and it's awesome. Got about 350 miles on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. It's highly unlikely the dealership will recommend a tune for a vehicle still under manufacture warranty.. Let alone a tune in general. Do you know what tune the dealer said to install? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I've got one installed and I love it. Wouldn't have it any other way. Stiffened up the bed quote a bit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Nice. I'm debating also on removing the 3rd cat as well. If it's even a cat? No sensors are on it so it may be some sort of resonator.. I have a Corsa sport cat back waiting for me at my local dyno shop. My appointment is on the 13th so we'll see what actual gains I'll get with it. They also guarantee no drone with the straight thru design of the muffler. We'll see.... I'm sure with the Airaid intake I have and the exhaust there will be noticeable power gains. I'm still debating on a custom tune.. I have the opportunity to have one installed and dyno tuned but I'm a lil worried about the warranty going out the window. Thanks for the response are you gonna add some polished tips? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
