    Been wondering where to post this, seems appropriate here. I've noticed that if you take a relatively stiff brush and knock the dry grit off of the liners before you hit them with any water, a very large portion sweeps right off rather easily. Now, if you do get them wet, seems to me like the small, sandy particles really like to stick a lot harder and have to be removed with significantly more elbow grease. Which I don't like as my left elbow is fresh out of grease, and my right is running low.

    Question for Truxedo Deuce (2) owners regarding the rear seal: I 'THINK' Truxedo recommends simply closing the tailgate on the rubber seal strip and therefore rolling it inside the bed. This looks rather odd to me. It LOOKS more "correct" if you pop the rear, close the gate, and then snap it back down keeping the lip on top of the tailgate. But I can't see Truxedo designing it in such a way that this is necessary. Thoughts???

    Heck ya it's rusty. It was covered from hub to hub while sitting on the lot. My point is, GM didn't even care to attempt any corrosion protection on that vehicle. Our trucks are pretty much entirely covered in something. Good or bad. Granted, the TA didn't cost $50k. My axle still works.

    My '99 Trans Am's entire rear axle isn't painted, coated, waxed, or otherwise protected at all. Just sayin'

    So I'm looking for some nerf bars. I like the Ionic/ICI/Raptor style. Polished end caps, W2W, good LOOKING bars. Having trouble deciding on the quality, does anyone have a set that they would care to comment on the quality/fit/finish/feel/etc.? Thanks!
