    Yes and no, to answer the question about the transmission. If you like the truck otherwise, I would not give up just because of this issue. In my personal experience with GM's warranty is that they will take care of you, it may take some time, but they will make you happy.

    Welcome to the site. Like the prior post said, it is the transmission. How many miles do you have on the truck? The transmission does have a period of "learning" where it tries to figure out your driving habits, which could be happening, or maybe you just have one needs some attention.

    Looks great, nice write up and photos also. So, it is just plug and play, no splicing or any other connectors needed?

    The repurchase department would be one of the last steps if they are buying the truck back from you. They contact you when everything else has been exhausted and nothing else can be done to make you happy. Many steps to get through before you would get the chance to speak with them.

    A man from my own heart, lets impatience steer the boat to get stuff done, not even sure how cold -21C is, but it did not stop you. I am not sure about the pillars, seems like a bit much, maybe put it on loose at first just to get a feel for how it would look?

    You are correct, this is who I dealt with on my 16, Repurchase Coordinator, GM RVDC. It dos take quite a while, but they made me a more than fair offer when it was all done.

    Yea, I noticed your wife off to the side talking to your son while she was supposed to be telling you how close you are to the house. She must have graduated from my wife's school of no help when you are backing up a trailer.

    Great choice, that is what we put on our 16 Tahoe, it is an amazing difference in all aspects of driving with the Michelins.
