Oh, the four square, Monroney sticker. The one in your glove box is your bible for figuring out what you have. You requested a build sheet, so the codes will tell you what each one means. The window sticker just lists standard/optional features in some detail.

When you say dealer sticker, are you referring to the sticker with your option/build codes in the glove box?

Is the truck new to you, or did you buy it new? You should have the “factory” Rancho’s that come with the Z71 package.

Yea, I have a collection of them too. Someone has to know how to rekey the damn things, I have the hitch pin, and locks, mostly because my Chevy's get bought back every 2 years.

No salt in Washington, we use a spray (kind of like an eviromentaly friendly anti freeze) on the roads. It is a PITA to get off of your truck, and is a dirt magnet.

I know what an A arm is, but where is the A frame located, not being sarcastic, but have never heard of that term.

Did not know you could just register the plates and not have the sticker/transponder on the windshield. I have both plates on file with my profile to mate with the passes. What kind of discount do you get?

Oh, don't even get me going on the wonderful state we live in. I hope that his new initative for $30.00 tabs gets some traction after all of the Sound Transit BS that has been going on, this will be the 3rd year in a row that we have paid over $1400.00 in tabs for our two Chevy's. The first run back in the 90's did not last long, but it was a heck of a lot better than the current crap system. Do you use a Good to Go pass for the toll lanes? They don't track by your plates, but the pass on the windshield or the one that mounts on top of your front license plate, unless they have something new in place that I do not know about.

You could try parking on a slight incline until you get it done, in theory it would be level.....

It does look awesome, wish we could get away with it in Washington state. Here you would have a ticket on the way home, and one on the way to get your plates??.

Did not like the Range in my 14. Set off CEL’s all the time. We put Michelin defenders on our Tahoe, what a great tire, may not be as stout a tire as you are looking for though. I have always had great luck with Cooper tires in the past, maybe check out the Discoverer AT3 XLT.

Correct, 14-18 crew cabs were built in Mexico.

I agree with the crew cab comment, it is nice to have the extra interior space. You just learn how to utilize the shorter bed.

For a treat, my guys would probably ride in the truck while they did all of the work.

I know it is getting a little old, bought when I had my 08, but still describes the truck well.

I like the passion, to bad it is for the wrong schools/teams.

Patience and persistence. Glad it is going better, they will take care of you. Most do not do these steps and just settle for a less than desirable vehicle.
