  1. I have 2019 CC Standard Bed GMC Sierra 5.3 4WD. Either my tank isn't getting full, my gauge isn't working or my tank is not the 24 gallons spec'd for my truck. When on empty (fuel light on and miles to empty showing low), it only took 20.5 gallons of gas. I filled it till the pump shut off, but the gauge is showing slightly below full. This has happened at 4 different gas stations (2 Costcos, 1 Shell and 1 Fast Trip). Has anyone else had this issue? I am still under warranty, but I was hoping to have an Idea of the issue before I went back to the dealer.
  2. NBC. Better commentary and they don't immediately cut to re-airing the race. Sent from my moto g(7) play using Tapatalk
  3. Solid race last night. I just based on green flag passes for the lead and we had those so that makes it a good race in my books. Agreed that Penske is looking strong. I think jimmie is going to get a win here pretty soon. He is startng to put together good races again. Also, I am a Corey lagoie fan. I like his podcast Sunday money. After all the trash talking from Denny Hamlin, it was great to see him pass him and then trap him a lap down so that he couldn't take the waive around when Corey stayed out Sent from my moto g(7) play using Tapatalk
  4. I like your old setup. Did you feel like you got any extra wind resistance from it? Sent from my moto g(7) play using Tapatalk
  5. I updated mine on Sunday night and everything worked fine yesterday, but this morning, it was flashing on and off non stop. I pulled over and turned the truck off and on and it didn't help. I got to work and disconnected the negative battery cable. I hope it fixes it. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5e3076c75e74d/VID_50860107_091749_362.mp4 Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  7. It sounds be as simple as changing the units in the settings section. It will switch the speedo from kmh to mph. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  8. Just ordered one of these. Gets here Friday. Can't wait to install Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  9. I have just over 400 miles on mine and I have the hard downshift. Really annoying. Hopefully it will start learning. Glad I night the extended warranty. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  11. Has anyone heard of a shell that lets the tailgate open without having to open the glass so that you can use the tailgate release on the fob/ the dash. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  12. There are quite a few threads on it. Injectors are not part of the power train warranty. If you have p050d, check with the dealer before replacing injectors because you might have a leaky head that there is a pip on. Another guy went threw and replaced the injectors himself only to find out that he had the leaky heads. He did a good right up on the process of replacing the injectors. Midwest Denali I think is his username. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  13. Coffee pots actually pull a decent amount of amps due to the heating element. The average coffee maker is 600 to 700 watts. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  14. If you look up super charger instruction manuals, they give you step by step instructions with color photos for removing the intake. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  15. 53k miles. Tech said it can happen at any mileage. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  16. $1,800 is the going price by the time you get 8 injectors, all the extra seals and gaskets required and the labor to really it all apart. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  17. Did they check for coolant leaks per pip5498? I had taken mine to a local mechanic to get the injectors replaced. He scoped the cylinders before replacing them and found coolant. We both called the dealer and I took it over to them. They agreed and replaced the whole driver's side top end under power train. My mechanic told me that the issue with the injectors is etching from the gas and carbon build up. He said that it is common across all makes that use direct injection. If you Google direct injection issues, consumer reports did an article about all car companies having a lot of issues. It also leads to carbon build up on the valves because the gas never passes over them and the techron cleaners never touch them. It is great for EPA testing, but long term causes issues. Also, if you get the BG fuel service done on a regular basis, it includes$2k towards injector failure. I am going to start doing that going forward since my bumper to bumper is done. 18. Just got word that they are replacing the driver's side head and injectors under warranty. Simi Buick GMC gives top notch service. If you are in the Los Angeles area, check them out. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  19. Now that the cylinder is clean, they are seeing a lot of oil and coolant in it. I took it over to the dealer and we will see what that say. Thinking I might be part of pip5498. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  20. I too am having misfires on 7 on my 2014 5.3. Mostly at cold start. Have it at a private mechanic who is testing a lot of d different things. Pip5498 is if you are getting coolant in the cylinder. Could still be a clogged injector. Mechanic said that there is a lot of carbon in my cylinders. He can see black rings around the injectors. He said to definitely regularly use techron in the fuel. He did multiple compression tests at different temperatures and it is holding. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  22. I replaced my fronts about 6k miles ago. I am starting to get a little clunk going over bumps on the drivers side. Has anyone else had this problem? I torqued everything to spec at install and rechecked it last night. It feels like it is the stabilizer link. But I can't figure it out. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

  24. Just did the 5100s on the front. Set at 3/4 inch. Big brand tire did the spring commission for 20 per side on a Sunday. Worth every penny. The 19 ft lbs of torque on the lower bolts seems low. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  25. Thanks. The compressor is the part that makes me nervous. Was it pretty easy? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
