  1. Keep me posted on this...I had WAMS set my cluster up and I have the switch and the HUD unit. I just haven't had the time to figure out the wiring and or the install of the HUD unit. It looks like you have already started modifying the dash? I believe the current windshield would work if you have the lane departure warning stuff, as there is currently a row of red lights that display on my glass if someone slams on their brakes in front of me.
  2. Yeah digging the look as well. Question, what did u use to black out the pillars?
  3. You can add rear helper springs or air bags...that will keep the back up and probably cost as much as paying someone to take the struts off, adjust them down, reinstall and realign.
  4. You might get a little rub on the sway bar...I had 305/55r20 nitto Terra grapplers on stock suspension as well as the 5100's at the highest setting...those tires are probably as close to a 33/12.50 as you can get...they where on stock rims with a +27 offset. The both rubbed on the sway bar and it also rubbed a little on the fender liners at stock height.
  5. Does that mean you have an ETA on the 6112's?
  6. Yeah forgot to add that tid bit...lol...my bad. I am still having difficulties figuring out the part number for the wire harness and the switch to control the HUD. So I haven't really gotten anywhere with that part as of yet.
  7. Every set up is a little different...Chris can correct me if I am wrong but mine was $349 to go from SLT to Denali cluster...and since it was a used cluster and not new it was another $100 because of the extra programming needed...so for mine it was $449...yours may be different, best is to get a hold of him and he can tell you.
  8. Yeah I am not sure u will be able to do any width of 35's on just a level...I have 285/55r22's in the Nitto trail grapplers which are a 34.5"x12" and I am on Bilstein 5100's all the way to the top and I had to do some trimming to the plastics and zip ties...they rub slightly on 1/4-1/ turns and pretty good when turning and going over bumps...I think a 35" would have to go on a 3" level and driving straight not to run...lol. I might be going with some fox 2.0 and cognito UCA's and lift the front closer to 3" and see where I am at but I still thing 35" are pushing it. Oh and my wheels are a +12
  9. Ok him on here and or contact him through his web site. http://www.whiteautoandmedia.com/ Chris is a good guy and will get you all taken care of.
  10. MRT check your PM's
  11. You could probably fit those wheels witha level...I have Blistein 5100's at the highest setting and am running 285/55r22's which is aprox 34.5" tire and your looking to run a 34" tire...it will be close...my offset is +12..there is some rubbing on felt fender liner that I had to zip tie back and trim a little of the stock GMC fender flare. Now it only runs when turning and going over bumps at certain speeds...I think if I was sitting at a 2.5" level as opposed to a 1.9" I would clear better
  12. I had 305/55r20 with some stock wheels at +27 and they rubbed on the sway bar on both sides...I would recommend 295 or even 285's...I have 285/55r22 now and no rub on the sway bars...little in the liners now though lol. This is with Blistein 5100 on highest setting also on rims with at +12
  13. Not ire but they are factory pieces that come on the 16's...I believe it is to prevent rock chips
  14. A little photo opp from yesterday with my buddies 16' Silverado.
  15. I am not sure on the brand...it wasn't 3M but it was one of the major ones...it is pretty good...in certain conditions you can tell it's different...a little more of a bright white...but it's very close, and since it's just the bumpers and grille it's not really even noticeable to those who don't know about it.
  16. I actually had it vinyl wrapped and we left that inner portion left chrome to tie in with the chrome around the emblem and the minor chrome left on the door moldings and Windows. I am also installing Denali style door handles which have a hint of chrome so it all kinda goes together...as for the inner black part that is an E&G Denali style grille inlay.
  17. Not sure if I have posted mine in here...but here she is...still waiting to install the AMP steps.
  18. Missed the lower half of the question but no I am not having any issues what so ever with anything since making the swap.
  19. Yeah mine was out of a 2016 Yukon Denali...the GM part number was 23390930. I don't remember the link I posted but thebkne i got was definitely out of a 2016 and was used...didn't know it was used off the get go but Chris found that out right when he hooked it up to his equipment...no big deal cause it was still less than buying a new one. I have ran into a bit of a snag on the HUD as my local dealers don't want to be much help...I need the part number for the harness required as well as the control switch, so if anyone has access to parts look up and wants to help a brother out PM me.
  20. Yeah, to my knowledge he is still doing it. As far as I know he is pretty busy and only does it on the weekends, but hit him up.
