  1. Sierra didn't come in LTZ trim, but yes I still have them...no worries
  2. Really? These used to be so sought after
  3. Price includes the OEM LTZ housings, ballasts, Osram CBB bulbs, and relay harness. Once I get them out I'm going to finish plastic welding the extensions onto the stock bulb caps. These have FAR exceeded my expectations.....but I'm trading the truck so I'm putting the factory halogen housings back in. NHK G5-R projectors swapped in with brackets from Phil at fastheadlights. High beams are halogen with the HIR bulbs modded and installed Ballasts are Morimoto 35watt, relay harness is also morimoto. Price everything out if y'all like. Not too bad of a price. CBB bulbs alone are $100+ Asking $700 shipped
  4. Might just go with these https://www.suspensionconnection.com/985-24-194-silverado-1500.html
  5. Would like to get some new rear shocks to replace the ones that came with the kit. I have Bilstein 5100's up front that seem to do pretty well for the last year. Has anyone bought their own new rears for a 5" kit? Need to know what length shocks to get, etc. Thanks all!
  6. This is 4300k from Morimoto. I used the brackets from Phil for the oem LTZ projector housings. Perfect rotation and alignment. I like the color, nice and warm but doesn't match the SL1 fog light bulbs. May switch to 5000K in spring.
  7. Just started happening to me on my drive home from work. Happened six times in ten minutes already
  8. I got my Rough Country 5" knuckle lift last week with the bilstein 5100's up front. Had them on 2nd notch from bottom and it sits perfectly.
  9. Can I pull the TREC fuse to disable 4WD and drive with no harm? I'm stuck in 4H and I'm only driving to work but turning is still making me nervous.
  10. ReplaceOk well hope this helps someone.... Was just told by Rough Country that with the 5 inch lift from them, the rear block is indeed 3 inches. And the shock travel lengths are as follows: Extended: 33.07 inches Compressed: 19.29 inches Replace
  11. I thought for a second your method had saved me. When I plugged the fuse back in as per your method, I could hear the solenoid retract(at least that's what it sounded like). However, went to take it for a drive....nah, still got 4wd engaged ?
  12. Ok well hope this helps someone.... Was just told by Rough Country that with the 5 inch lift from them, the rear block is indeed 3 inches. And the shock travel lengths are as follows: Extended: 33.07 inches Compressed: 19.29 inches Edited: but apparently that doesn't help because I can't find a dang shock that comes close to those travel dimensions
  13. Haha great, now I REALLY dunno which ones to get. My parts guy at the install shop is gonna hate me hahaha
  14. Are the 5100's ok for the front though? I know they're not "lifted" struts so they should be fine for use with the strut spacer on the 5 inch lift right?
  15. Even if I don't go off-road that often?
  16. So I should opt for the 5160's then ;)
  17. So the block in the rear on the Rough Country 5" kit is a 3inch block. So do I need the 5160's ? I could've sworn I had seen tons of guys lifted who used the 5100's
  18. So if I'm going with the Rough Country 5 inch knuckle lift, are the 5100's sufficient? Or do I need shocks/struts with more travel?
  19. Any issues with the lift since you've had it? I had wanted the zone 4.5 but wanted to stick with 18's which would've pushed my tires out way too much with the needed offset and the way zones kit widens the track.
  20. I second that question on wheel/tire setup
  21. Are you on stock suspension?
  22. What was your offset? I really really want the Zone 4.5 as well but I'd like to stick with 18's because I have some cherry Cooper AT3 I can use. However, I would need at least a 0mm wheel and that would push my tires outside the fender quite a bit like you mentioned. 20's can help combat that ultra wide front stance issue but then that would put me out of budget, needing new wheels AND tires.
  23. I really think I'm going with the Zone 4.5" kit. Just wish OEM 18's would work so I could just run those during the ungodly winters we get in nwpa. Stock 18's have 5.46" of back space which Zone says will not work. Though the widening of the front stance concerns me as I have seen some pics of it that make the tires look like they're stickin out a crazy amount.
