    My opinion - these trucks are far from the best that GM has ever produced. However, in my experience, I have found that dealerships play a key role in things like this. I have had many problems with local dealerships and now take my truck 30 min out of the way to one that truly fixes the issue and treats me like a human being.

    100% agree! My 2.7T is a ton of fun to drive, and I get substantially better MPGs than my old 5.3.

    All I know is, is that 4.3 is gods gift to earth. Best engine ever made by any manufacturer.

    Oh lord! Get ready for all the hate! Those of us that actually own one, including me, absolutely love the engine, but there is a crowd here that have never driven it that think it’s the devil. If you’re not towing too much, it’s a fantastic option. It has been rocksolid reliable for me. Just get ready for grumpybears horrible comments.

    I was thinking the same thing. People can’t seem to accept that buyers are happy with their 2.7T.

    It’s strapped on underneath the truck. It doesn’t go anywhere. Some Ford and Ram guys would argue that it actually looks better than the Silverado . I know it looks stupid, but I honestly don’t care. Better than having a body shop touch the truck, and it’s not like it stays on for days. We are talking for a couple hours max.

    I actually just ordered this! The SUV3 cover is the size for my truck. It’s expensive, but its better than the alternative!

    I used a fuse tap into the heated steering wheel fuse for the dash cam, was super simple.

    Going to order a hail protectant cover - Oklahoma weather is not nice outside of the garage during the spring time. Anyone use any, and do you have any suggestions? Looks like the good ones aren’t cheap.

    I actually went down from a 2016 GMC SLT to a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado LT because they included more features that I actually used. I had the dealership install leather seats, the truck already had dual climate control, a heated steering wheel, and heated seats. Those are the main things I even used on the SLT, so it was worth stepping down for me.
