  1. Read on brother, https://www.amsoil.com/about/guarantee/ Sent from Above
  2. Well, #1 and as a retailer, Lucas oil is more profitable to retail stores than Amsoil. Amsoil sells direct to consumers saving them where as Lucas doesn’t, protecting your profit margin. We can all go back and forth on what’s the best protection out there but one thing is for sure Lucas oil is no better than Mobil1 although and if you’re like some, changing your oil sooner rather than later is definitely a plus. Most on these forums look for the cheapest prices on the lowest required specs and not the highest protection at the best value. That being said, there’s no oil manufacturer out there that will give you 20k miles (oil & filter) of outstanding protection and backs it up with the warranty like Amsoil. Sent from Above
  3. Btw, Forums members quite possibly makeup less than 1% of automobile owners. Best to attempt to use common sense and not look for the cheapest approved, minimum required engine oil but the best you can afford cause most people on these forums actually believe their vehicles are investments, THEY’RE NOT! Sent from Above
  4. There’s a whole list of envy but most of all the lack of educating oneself on “PROPER” maintenance. Most of ALL vehicles are nowhere near what they were 10, 29 and especially 45 years ago. Oil related failures happen all the time but consumers are always blaming the issues on manufacturers quality issues. Fuel management systems are just “ONE” example. Changing oil often rather than later is a major key to engine longevity but most would rather squeeze out every mile possible even though they’re running minimum required engine oil and oil filter specs. Most will say there’s been no comment on these forums that it was the engine oil they were using or that they ran to long on lowest spec required engine oil but there’s ZERO reported engine oil failures while using Amsoil Signature Series. Can engine breakdown happen while using Amsoil? Sure, but not by the performance of what’s expected by engine oil and especially if engine damage has already started and only last minute attempt to help what’s left of their engines. 6. Can’t beat the ride quality of Michelin highways tires or their AT KO2’s. Sent from Above
  7. I’ll stick to “Biological Warfare” as now China has no more protesters pestering its government, something else has taken the Spotlight. It’s scary to think of just how dangerous communist dictatorships have become, care nothing for their people especially globally. Sent from Above
  8. Why go conventional in an unconventional world, why go part (full Synthetic) synthetic when you can go 100% Synthetic! Amsoil 100% Synthetic is the best oil for engine protection, the rest is snake oil. Sent from Above
  9. Depends where you live and elements you drive in. I’m not one on hybrids, don’t like them and in my opinion they’re worthless as they’re not really good in any one thing and they rode very rough when compared to a dedicated AT tire or Highway tire. I’m sticking to the BFG KO2’s for now on and will NEVER own another set of hybrid tires again. If you OffRoad and safety is a concern then definitely stick with a dedicated AT or MT tire with lots of “DEEP” siping as just about all tires perform great their first 10k miles, it’s the technology that’s put into them and many years of experience from a manufacturer. IMHO, hybrid tires are worthless, only “American” made dedicated AT, MT or Highway tires are safe and worth it. Good luck! Sent from Above
  10. It’s something new and different which seems to be a fad. I’ve had two separate sets and their siping literally disappeared at approx 15k miles. To be honest, their siping seems to be an afterthought as you can see that the siping on the Ridge Grapplers are less than 1/4” deep unlike the KO2’s which their siping runs straight through the lugs. New Ridge Grapplers Now with 15k miles on them, notice the siping literally disappearing and sealing up And now the KO2’s, they’ve got excellent siping. I’ve had the KO2’s on for about 4K miles and absolutely LOVE them! Nitto and Toyo’s are a fad. Btw, in wet parking lots, the Nittos slipped on wet paint markers, KO2’s DO NOT, huge difference in quality. Sent from Above
  11. Sorta like marriage lol. 77 grains most likely were Black Hills which I’ve got at least 12x40 rd mags full of them but a 300# we’d need at least a 30cal and both would require a good shot placement. I also keep a very reliable 30-06 as standby. So far, really enjoy the sport of it but mostly TERMINATING these very destructive and disease carrying animals. Not sure if anyone knows this but they actually eat baby deer too. We left about 300lbs of spoiled meat and bones on a Field, two days later there was nothing left. One of my buddies own a gun store, everything he brings is full auto and has a semi auto Barrett 50 cal as backup, LMFAO! He’s seen one to many sci-fi movies [emoji6] Sent from Above
  12. Regular basic maintenance? Engine design failure? In case you haven’t noticed, there’s an enormous amount of engine failures on the internet, especially on these forums, especially with AFM and all while using minimum required engine oil but none while using Amsoil or Redline. The answer to this can be simple and yet overlooked, especially with cheapskates, I’ve owned an enormous amount of trucks, mostly for my business and have definitely noticed a difference in smoother running engines when I switched to Amsoil, ZERO carbon build up, engine vibrations and the cost far outweighing the repairs etc etc. Sent from Above
  13. I’ve been doing this a while, never eat them but my buddy donates everything I shoot that’s worth eating. I’d have to agree with you in their aggressive side, I’m up on a custom built stand that I built for a buddy if mine and recently added electricity into it for lighting and phone charging but to be honest, I’d like to add the AC unit up in it too lol. I’m running my Barrett Rec7 300DI 16”, endless amounts of 208 grain Hornady with a Q Thunder Chicken. Back to the Virus, we’re also training to deal with the Chinese Zombie Virus lol. I’m sorta excited but worried about the rain, has a mind of its own lately.....Chinese controlling it too lol [emoji848] Okidoki, wishing everyone a safe and happy weekend, be kind to one another! 14. Now, don’t you go jinxing this for me! When it comes to hogs, I don’t eat what I kill. I’m thinking chips and sandwich meat lol Sent from Above
  15. Hope everyone is keeping themselves as quarantined as possible. As for me, I’m loaded out and ready for my weekend Hog hunt, Saturday night through Sunday, then back to quarantine, arrrrrg [emoji17] Sent from Above
  16. They’re to busy focusing on world domination but Trump stands in their way. Give them some time, protesters will start disappearing just like your family pets did. In Greece, Greeks DO NOT eat Chinese food, the Chinese have been found to serve neighborhood pets. Sent from Above
  17. This whole thing started in China, covered up by China (as biological weapons always are), denied by China then later blamed the USA and now they’re all doing better in China while the whole world is suffering. The Chinese can do without us as they’ll eat their own. We’ve got to be kind towards each other and help where we can EXCEPT giving our Amsoil, that’s over stepping lol. Sent from Above
  18. Yeah well you should be cause depending where you live New York is now shutting down even essential workers. Sent from Above
  19. Last, this is why I DO NOT buy used, far more cheap asses out there that either knowingly or unknowingly abuse their engines. Buy a $50 k truck and complain about a few extra dollars at the pump or OCI’s, now this is pathetic. Ok, everyone PLEASE take care and don’t go out unless you really need to. God Bless The United States [emoji631] of America and all those that defend the Constitution of The United States of America, Amen! Sent from Above
  20. Agreed on purchasing from oil companies making them money but again there is a lot of data out there that proves the point that most people look for the lowest required spec oil at the lowest price and not the highest quality at the lowest price. I personally use Amsoil 20k mile oil and filter every 4-5K miles and no matter what anyone says I change every 4-5K miles and my engine runs absolutely fantastic with zero issues which is more than I can say for our transmissions lol. We can all go back and forth on Oil and OCI’s which is to be expected but one thing is for certain, Amsoil Signature Series is the best along with its high efficiency filters Sent from Above
  21. Btw, the internet is full of the cheapest and not the best options to OCI’s but then again the internet is mostly full of issues with DI engines running on cheap bastards that push their engines to the limits and later putting the blame on the automobile manufacturers rather than the real culprit, the OPERATOR! Again, I’ve seen the majority on forums brag about the cheapest lowest required spec oils they’re purchasing but to each their own, buy what you can afford and recycle your oil and filters. Sent from Above
  22. Your personal experiences with extended OCI’s work for you but not others. Oil filters are not all created equal, the majority on this forum look for the cheapest route and not the best. One mans experience doesn’t lay out what needs to be done for the rest of us. DI engines are 100% known to get dirty and fast, a good oil filter can only clean up what it catches and like any filter must be cleaned or replaced. Extended OCI’s are neither required nor recommended but rather operators choice. Grumpy made a very valid point so now to each his/her/its own but anyone interested in short to long OCI’s I’d highly recommend Amsoil products. Sent from Above
  23. Ammo lol! Sent from Above
  24. Just had an oil change on my wife’s new X5 today, added 1/4 of Sig Series to it as well, same for my daughters new 4Runner and a couple others in my garage too. Sent from Above
