  1. Aerospace 303. Perfect nonshiny finish and really good uv protection. Use their stuff for interior details and bed cover conditioning too. Their full line of products are amazing.
  2. Anyone know of a good deal for a set of 5100’s right now? Looking to buy in the next week. Thanks.
  3. Thank you! I used Lamin-x in the tint color. Quality, thick stuff and comes precut. They run coupons all the time. Got mine 25% off.
  4. For what it’s worth I run 20x8.5 +10mm kmc slides with 275x60r 20 on my 2016 z71. Currently at stock height I rub the inner wheel well at full lock and also graze the weather tech mud flaps when in reverse and on a slant. I will be getting the bilstein 5100 shocks and setting them on the 3rd ring which should give me the little extra clearance I need and have a little less than 1” rack back to front, which I want since I tow my boat.

  6. I have rub on wheel well carpet on full lock.
  7. -Lamin X on all front lights (pic makes it look much darker then it actually is) -dipped chrome mustache -KMC Slides 20x8.5 +10mm offset -cooper AT3 275/60r 20 Not done in one day but over the course of the last 3 days. Enjoying the new look, probably need to do a level soon though, lotta rim and tire on stock suspension.
  8. Aerospace 303 is quality. Also use it on interior and exterior black trim. Not sticky, slimy, or too shiny. Gives a layer of UV protection as well. Great stuff
  9. Thanks, not very much at all really. Pic makes it look much darker. They offer clear, tint, smoke, and yellow. Smoke would definitely lose some light noticeably. This pic may be a better depiction.
  10. Long time since last post. Done a few things but keeping it real simple. Level coming soon. -KMC Slide 20x8.5 +10mm -cooper AT3 765x60r 20 -Lamin-x on all fronts lights in tint color -dipped mustache
  11. Heated, power glass, manual fold, no turn indicator.
  12. Hey all sorry if this has been answered I searched and couldn’t find answer. I’m buying a replaceKent side view mirror for my 2016 Silverado 1500. From factory my truck didn’t have puddle lights. The replacement does have a puddle lamp. I am not concerned with the puddle lamp working just want to make sure the rest of the functions will work with the plug provided, again I am ok with the puddle light not working just want to make sure the connectors are still the same. Thanks!
  13. Pictures or it didn't happen!!!!! Haha, lets see it!
  14. Anyone found a solution for this??? I have a 2016 and it only does it when in 4WD but it drives me absolutely insane! I may have dealer check as I can absolutely replicate it so it cant be denied, and the old "that's normal" aint going to cut it!
  15. OK, so I was thinking about posting about a noise that is bothering me as well but maybe its a similar issue. I hear a high pitched whinning sound(not mechanical sounding) in my cabin as well. I have narrowed it down to being on the driver side and I think its coming from the 4x4 and light knob area. I have also concluded I only hear it when the vehicle is in auto (4x4), because it recently snowed and it is the first time I have had to use 4x4 and never had the noise prior to that when in 2 wheel drive. It doesn't make the noise when the vehicle is at a stand still like a light but the second I accelerate I can hear it and it drives me up the wall. It is in the background like the other posters have said but enough that once you heard it you cant unhear it! Also if I take it out of 4x4 the noise is no longer present. Is what you guys are experiencing similar? **My truck is not a 2019 its a 2016 but what you described was so similar to my issue I thought I'd share.
  16. Oil pressure is normal. I am running full synthetic, and air filter is new within 3,000 miles. The truck is currently at 26,000 miles total. Havent inspected the belts closely but didn’t see anything glaring last time I did a general inspection of the engine bay. I know the tranny flush flush is used for the Chevy shake which don’t have but not sure if related to my issue.
  17. Thanks for the replies, so far. I would think even if it was the cam shaft, that is still a lot of vibration and would do some amount of damage internally over time, maybe I am wrong, it wouldn't be the first time (My wife would be quick to agree ha!). They definitely idle rougher then I though they would, while it isn't a huge problem, my mind just goes to things like is it the motor mounts ect ect ect? If this seems to be a common pulsing that others are feeling I guess I can write it off as a factory installed massager but I feel like I already paid the extra to GM for the happy ending
  18. I have started to notice while sitting at a stop light or in a drive thru that it is very easy to feel a pulsing vibration or shudder coming from the truck. My RMPs are not jumping while at idle so that isn't the problem. The truck isn't making any type of engine noise out of the ordinary either. I have tested the infamous "Chevy Shake" at highway speed and have not experienced it at any point, just when I am at a stop in gear do I feel the pulsating vibration or shake in the truck that is more then just your "normal" idle. Vehicle has had regular maintenance and only has 26,xxx miles. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea of the possible issue? Of course I can take to dealer as it is under warranty but dreading the "that's normal" response, I want to maybe be able to give them a little more detail because I know it simply isn't "well its a truck not a luxury vehicle". Truck is 2016 V6 4x4 Z71. Thoughts?
  19. Just had to snap a pic coming out of work. These trucks are just so good looking, I still get compliments almost weekly from strangers.
  20. Went out and did mine last night, left the house this morning for the first time forgetting I had done it and tore out of my garage like a bat out of hell! Haha. Stuff like this this is the reason I join these forums, thank you.
  21. New guy. 2016 Z71 LT. Haven’t done much, Black bow ties, tint, husky floor mats, WT mud flaps and a tonneau cover. Would love some snowflake rims someday but we shall see. Bad lighting but here she is I’m very much liking it so far.
  22. Solid post! Been waiting to do this. The fog lights really do light up the road at night. Adding this to my weekend to do list.
