  1. I put a 2-1/2 gal jug of DEF in my 2020 GMC 6.6L diesel the other day and drove it 1,000 miles and had to put in another 2-1/2 gal jug in to get back home. got home and its reading a little over a quarter and says def is good for another 114 miles. doesn't seem right. A full def tank ran me over 5,000 limes when I first got it. Why is it using so much now? Will elevation change make that much difference? I'm going to fill the DEF tank up today. When I do will it read good till 5,000 miles or will it just say nothing and read full on the gauge? Thanks
  2. I spoke with my dealer last week and was told the Flint Plant would start up with one crew on May 4th. Got a call from the dealership yesterday and was told the start up was moved to the 18th of May. It changes every day it seems. I’ll just keep in the loop with my dealership and one day they will call and tell me they started production. ?
  3. God bless your soul! Thank you so much for your commitment to patients in need during this crisis.
  4. I agree waiting giving the Pandemic and GM stepping up and doing a good thing for our country. My wife is upset because we don’t have a truck to pull our boat to go fishing. Oops. Sold my truck too early. Oh well. Thanks PtownVdub.
  5. Last I heard mine was a build date of March 23. The dealer called and told me that GM stopped production. I was aware of the situation and I’m fine with what GM is doing. I’m just trying to figure out when the Flint plant will start up production of the 2500 GMC Diesel trucks again. Will it be June? Anyone have an idea?
  6. I won’t be installing a drop in bedliner over the spray-on liner. I hope it is what everyone is saying it is. I’ll let you know how I like the spray-on liner.
  7. When I was at the dealership building the truck, I’m pretty sure the spray-on bedliner was built into the AT4. I guess I never did ask if it was an option not to have it done. When I get the truck (not sure when) I’ll let you know how I think of the quality and so forth. I’ll see if I can add a photo too.
  8. Thanks for the info. I may just get the bed rug. Had that on my last two trucks and was awesome. If you ever kneeled in the bed the rug is the way to go. I might be waiting for a while anyway with GM not productive with trucks now. I have time to think about it. I like forums, people have honest opinions and is very helpful.
  9. I guess I’m not quite sure. Probably the ease of sliding totes/boxes in the bed. I’ve never had the Spray-in liner before. Maybe I should have asked if it’s easy to slide things around in the bed without having to pick them up to reposition them. By the way I’m new to this forum but am familiar with some others. By the way I was in the Marines Semper Fi. Thanks
  10. Appreciate your response, thanks jaybauman.
  11. How do you like the Diamondback HD cover? Is there a way to travel with the back section open? I’m in the process of finding the right hard cover for the back of my 2020 GMC AT4 2500 Duramax (build date was the 23rd of March but is delayed due to building of medical needs during this crisis). Also is this Diamondback seal good on the multipro tailgate? Thanks
  12. I have a 2020 GMC 2500 AT4 ordered and the package comes with a spray-on bedliner. I have thoughts of purchasing the drop in liner to put over the spray-on. Has anyone ever done this before?
