Havent noticed yet if there are any gains from the intake. You can hear it if you get down on it. Sounds nice to me. I had the muffler delete done today. So overall everything sounds pretty nice. Depending on weather etc, the badges will be removed this weekend.

Installed the Air Raid JR MIT and filter today. Tomorrow will be a muffler delete then hopefully this weekend a de-badge.

Id make them fix it. I didnt pay for something broken. But thats just me and Im OCD. If my window happened to leak after that, then they would just have to fix that also. It may not come to that. If there is something wrong with it maybe they can just replace the center section instead of the entire assembly.

I have a rattle in the rear of mine also but I think its coming from the headliner. If I get back there and push up on it you can hear it smack the roof. Someone else on here said there are dense hard blocks of Styrofoam up there can hit the roof when you hit bumps etc. Gonna have them look at that when it goes in.

Not as of yet. I had to schedule a different dealer. I scheduled the appointment but then no one ever looked at it after it sitting for days. One tech had a chunk taken out of his leg due to spider bite and another was sick. Its a small GMC dealership. So I scheduled with a larger one just down the road about 30min. Ill drop it off on the 20th.

Would be cool if there was a way to mount lights in the Sierra grill where the textured areas are down both sides and beside the G & C.

Almost every vehicle I have ever owend were GM products. Dont think Ill be switching as most of them were pretty good. Id have to say out of all of them, the Sunfire was the worst.

At first I wasnt going to bother to reply to this but after thinking on it, I have to. First off, no one was whining or moaning, I was pointing out things I have found. Just looked at my RPO codes. It says IOS. I do not believe Nav is there. However...There is an app called GMC Maps+. It will do nav but I believe its just a downloaded app and without cell service it probably would not function. Looking up the 2021 specs, it looks like navigation only comes with the Bose system. At least each trim I looked at listed on Gm Authority only lists it that way. So I guess it SHOULD work with my truck. So now I know I am just going to aim for that so I have a complete system and not just add the sub.

The window sticker only says Premium 8". It's a non-Bose system. I would say I could call the parts department to ask but we all know they would say they dont have a clue as to why It says the sub is compatible but not the other amp with the sub.

I can tell you the factory sub I put in my 16 Silverado was amazing. I didnt put the DSP/amp in it though and wished I had. That is why I was going to do both with this one.

I can find the part outside of GMCaccessories.com. When I put my VIN in on the website, that one doesnt come up as compatible for some reason.

I will most definitely demand them to fix it all. I dont want to hear "as intended" either. It wont fly. I have called higher ups before and Ill do it again if need be. Hopefully it will not come to that.

It doesnt list as an option under my VIN is what I do not understand. I would assume the truck did not come with one from the factory. It only lists the sub itself. Also, it list it as a 200W amp and 200W powered sub. Its not a requirement as my 2016 only had the powered sub. The rest of the speakers do not sound as good as they should without it but the sub sounded great.

I was thinking about getting the OEM Kicker sub and amp installed in my truck. However, when I look on GM Accessories using my VIN, the one with the amp does not show up. If I just do a generic search for my year and trim, both with and without the amp show. Would there be a reason I could not have both in my truck? I do not have a Bose system. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah I know. Shows me that they should take greater care of the product they are selling. Get some OCD ass like me walk in and make them fix it all lol.

You really need the height from the bottom of the wheel (the same size as yours) to the fender vs the ground. If the custom comes with different tire sizes, measuring from the ground will give you different numbers vs measuring from the wheel.

I do understand the darker the color the easier to show micro scratches. However, even with the cheap paint we have these days, I do know I have had other vehicles that were dark in color that had no swirls and such. Had a red 2013 Camaro SS prior to going with a truck. Had it paint corrected after I purchased and and zero scratches when I sold it a year and a half later. Either way, Its a huge difference between me doing it and it coming that way.

You can message pgamboa and ask him. He has made harnesses for the earlier trucks to do what you are asking. When I added power folding tow mirrors to my truck that did not have them prior, I had to change the entire door harness and the mirror switch. So at most you would need the mirrors themselves, harness and switch. Shouldnt require a reflash of the BCM. At least it didnt on the 16 I had.

I have noticed it and the oil sloshing around. If you stand on the bumper or the running board and rock the truck, you can hear all sorts of sloshing. Its crazy.

Yeah, they keep making things cheaper but charging us more. Im pretty OCD when washing so I can keep the paint looking nice without all the scratches. They just have to make it right first. I use the two bucket method. My wifes Jeep Renegade has 0 scratches so far. I have noticed a lot of the interior feels cheap especially around the dash. Things just arent built like they used to be. Except engines, they are built better lol.
