  1. Check the ground strap under the hood. Passengers side from the firewall to the frame. Look for corrosion or green rot. Lots of problems caused by this ground.
  2. I would buy new. They smell really good inside. They have all the kinks worked out of the 6.2s in 2025 and they are rocket ships. If you do make sure to get the active exhaust!
  3. Good luck! I hope it works.
  4. Just an idea. Keep the truck and disable DFM with Range Technologies module. Its a roll of the dice but its only about $300.00. I have used them on 3 T1s including my 2025 w/6.2L.
  5. 37,000 miles on a 2021? I don't think you have any chance at all for a warranty claim. As 2016 Sierra Owner pointed out brakes are a wear item.
  6. I havent. Maybe you should contact GM customer service. Google it.
  7. Your feeling is correct. Going back to dealer (unless you stock T1 parts).
  8. That looks like a plug in the oil galley. I think your OK to pull it and reseal.
  9. Welcome to the forum. Yes, I have experienced this with my last 2 Silverado's. I call this condition "shuddering". I traded both those trucks so neither one was fixed. 192,000 is a lot of miles. What engine and transmission do you have?
  10. You need to search this forum. Eight or maybe ten guys have tried to add USBs, bought a variety of harnesses, returned them, tried another harness etc. To my knowledge no one has successfully added USBs to a console that didn't come equipped with them. After reading the various postings i decided not to attempt adding USBs to a console that I installed into a 2021 Custom. That said. It may be possible or the radio may not support that functionality.
  11. Search the forum. Hundreds of comments on here about back ordered valve bodies.
  12. Welcome to the forum. What year is your truck? What engine? That looks like a plug not a set screw.
  13. I hope that is true. Not getting much honest info out of GM about the 6.2 engine or the 10 speed transmission.
  14. How many miles? Look it up on Kelly Blue Book. I got $10,000 off a 25 Silverado loaded with a 6.2 in December.
  15. Welcome to the forum. I don't think I would want to cobble something together to put the wrong roll bar on a nice Trail Boss. Just my opinion.
  16. Welcome to the forum. Do you have the full center console or the center mounted jump seat with the fold up arm rest?
  17. Yeah unspecified manufacturing defects. Time to start telling us the truth.
  18. Welcome to the forum. Check the ground strap in the engine compartment. Passengers side from the firewall to the frame. Corrosion there has caused lots of problems on these trucks. If that's not it get it looked at ASAP.
  19. I would take it in. I change oil every 3000 miles. The bulletin says they will put you into a loaner.
  20. Test? Yeah they will look for a connecting rod sticking out of the engine block. Four years later and they are worried about customer satisfaction? Unspecified manufacturing defects? How about telling the truth to all your unsatisfied customers.
  21. Just a guess. Check the ground strap in the engine compartment. Its on the passenger side. It connects the firewall to the frame. Lots of issues have been caused by a poor connection there.
  22. 8 speed? Is this a 4 cylinder?
  23. 6.2 all the way. Youve driven one. You already know. You need to use primo but you will smile every time you put your foot into it.
