Wait... the 5.3L is not standard, they don't offer this package in a regular cab short bed, and no 6.2L option? Sounds kind of stupid to me.

What part of town are you in? I was at IUPUI right in downtown, stayed at a Holiday Inn Express across from Lucas Oil stadium. Just an overnight trip though, I'm back home now. If I'm back in town I'll let ya know. That's cool. A bunch of our money went to that school (wife went to pt school there$ Ryan My family has too, sister graduated dental hygenist school, her husband graduated dental school from there. The girlfriend was accepted for dental school there but ended up going to Detroit, liked the school's dental program a bit better.

I had a GMT 900 for almost 3 years and went back to an 800. I was getting close to being out of the factory powertrain warranty and I already had oil pan gasket replaced, oil cooler lines were getting worse, and I'm sure if my tune didn't shut off AFM I'd have that issue too. I do miss my old truck though... I loved the body lines, the ext cab windows that roll down, and just the bigger overall feel of the truck.

Didn't know loud was an issue, hopefully I don't get hassled in my many trips to MI. I've made the trip to Livonia and Detroit with loud duals probably 15 times so far without any issues. I hope my luck continues.

The only thing I hate about our emissions testing here in NW Indiana is that only Lake and Porter county are required to do it. I live on the very SE edge of Porter county, all of my buddies live in LaPorte county and don't have emissions testing. Literally I drive a mile and I'm out of my county. They come to my place, work in Porter and Lake, drive without cats, or have O2 sensors deleted by tunes for longtubes, yet there I am still having to be tested and they have free reign. I say it should be all or nothing, two counties in IN should not be the only ones testing. Especially since the only reason we do is due to the steel mills, which for years have recieved good air quality ratings. If I didn't travel over 200 miles to see my GF I would have farm plates and be done with it, that I am allowed to do over some of them.

They look awesome and I can't believe that is a 265 tire. It looks bigger for some reason.

Daryl what was the wheel and tire setup on the '05, it looks killer. I want to throw some chrome 17 or 18's with 285's on for the summer months and I don't want to rub. Sorry for the thread jack, over.

There is one coming up in April in Chicago in which I'm tuning this truck, not sure where you are located. I had my last truck tuned at the Indy meet and it was pretty packed. EDIT: N/M, I just read you are in the SE part of the state.
