The only thing I hate about our emissions testing here in NW Indiana is that only Lake and Porter county are required to do it. I live on the very SE edge of Porter county, all of my buddies live in LaPorte county and don't have emissions testing. Literally I drive a mile and I'm out of my county. They come to my place, work in Porter and Lake, drive without cats, or have O2 sensors deleted by tunes for longtubes, yet there I am still having to be tested and they have free reign.
I say it should be all or nothing, two counties in IN should not be the only ones testing. Especially since the only reason we do is due to the steel mills, which for years have recieved good air quality ratings. If I didn't travel over 200 miles to see my GF I would have farm plates and be done with it, that I am allowed to do over some of them.
