  1. Yes, there's a Northsky thread with many posts already. Sierras are posted on it as well. Same color as mentioned above.
  2. Here you go. Shipping to my zip code was $23 not sure what it'll be for yours. https://www.gmcertifiedparts.com/oem-parts/gm-grille-84493319
  3. Yep that's what it was. It was a GM parts warehouse site. Don't remember which one off hand; that was April of 2019. I have it somewhere. I'll dig it up and get back with you.
  4. I've tried Dr. Color chip. Wasn't happy with the end result. It's the easiest way but not the best end result. Just puts a little color in the chip but the chip is still there and can feel it with your fingernail. It smears paint outside the chip and if you use the solvent too close to the chip it removes the paint in the chip. It also doesn't build it up to a level with the existing paint. It's just for the amature I guess. I don't use pens. I build up the chip with base and clear using quality brushes for the size chip/scratch, wet sand until flat and buff. Can't tell and looks amazing. Just my opinion.
  5. ^^^^Agree with above. They're here in Louisiana and a few hrs from me. I've used the for many years on different colors with no issues and always a perfect match. I always get good quality small craft brushes of different sizes at a paint hobby store depending on the size chip.
  6. You won't notice any ride difference from an 18" to a 20" on the T1. The 20" tire has a 1.5" larger O.D. (33") compared to 30.5" on the 265/65/18. Going to a 2" larger 20" wheel only gives a 1" difference in the sidewall height so comparing both has no ride difference because the sidewall height is almost the same. Rode in too many of these trucks to know. The 18"s to me just don't look good. First thing I did with my RST was remove the 18's.
  7. 18's and 20's are 2 different size tires. The OEM 20" size for the T1 275/60/20.
  8. Yes as bore and lug pattern are the same. Tire size depending could be a factor as the 2019 offset is different. OEM tires or oversize on the 2019 wheels?
  9. Trade your LTZ grille for an LT grille. Someone will. There were members here looking to trade those if they haven't already.
  10. Man I like the LTZ grille. I added one on my RST.
  11. Wow! Unbelievable... As said above it's like a runaway Detroit diesel from years back. I hope it gets figured out. Keep us updated and thanks for posting the video.
  12. Can you post the video on youtube and add the link here?
  13. Good move. I think the red hooks stand out like 2 zits on a models face.
  14. Interior rattles can be tricky and fool you. When you may think it's coming from somewhere it's coming from another place. Check the sun visor to be sure it's clipped in. If not it will hit the clip and rattle. You'll swear it's coming from the glove box. Also check the passenger seat belt buckle. It's notorious for hitting the pillar trim. Buckle it and test drive again.
  15. I understand but, the TB controls air flow with the amount of acceleration/fuel and the acceleration isn't controlled by the air flow. The air flow is adjusted according to fuel flow (rich/lean) and vice versa. The more air the more fuel needed then the BCM will compensate for more fuel which you already know but it won't control acceleration. i.e; if you'd manually open the TB flap at its widest point, the engine won't accelerate and rev to its limit.
  16. The throttle body controls air flow and not fuel like older throttle body injections. These are DI engines (injector per cylinder direct into the cylinder) controlled by the BCM.
  17. Wow that's a first! Has nothing to do with the fuel you're running. Has to be something in the BCM or TPS. Definitely a trip to the service dept. Keep us updated.
  18. Yea the road salt will do it but, it will do the same to other brands.
  19. I don't have any rust on my '19 RST. Yet that is. Why even worry about it if it's a lease and you aren't keeping it??
  20. It's not the brightness that blinds oncoming traffic. It's the aim. I.E. take a bright LED flashlight and shine it in someone's eyes; it will blind them. Lower the beam towards their neck/chest and it won't be blinding. Most people level trucks and don't aim the lights and blinds people. I assure you, it's not because you had "super bright" Silver Stars. Those are DOT approved bulbs. It's because your lights were aimed too high.
  21. If I had a Custom, I'd get these Spyder projector headlights and LED high/low beam bulbs like the OP did. Looks much better than the stock Custom headlights. https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/244797-new-spyder-led-headlights-installed-‘19-‘21-silverado/?tab=comments#comment-2472955
  22. Any bright red will do. Who the hell will notice the difference? Anyway, I think black or color keyed would look better. The red hooks just stand out too much and look like 2 zits on a models face.
  23. Looks nice. Be sure you get hem aimed correctly. Go on an even slad and use mortar lines on a brick wall or similar to be sure they are same height. If you get flashed, bring them down a tad until the cut off line on the projectors is right. Not sure if you know but LED or HID headlights voids the warranty but I would've changed the halogens myself. Aftermarket LED headlights put out a lot of heat and have melted some housings.
  24. The strips are CCFL (florescent) and not LED. What high/low headlights are you running?
  25. Looks good. Better than the yellow halogens. I surmise the headlights are still used as the DRL's instead of the strips? The only thing I've noticed on Spyder lights in the past is that the LED strips are more of a dim glow and not bright because they are florescent and not LED. Probably because they stay the same brightness day and night and not like the OEM DRL's which are bright (high power) during the day then go to low power at night. What high/low headlights are you running? They come stock with halogens.
